Arthur is an arrogant fencer who is popular with the ladies due to his good looks and charm. He fights Custom in the third round of the Combat God Tournament. His special attack "Phantom Rose Storm" can defeat almost any adversary in one blow, but it takes him a while to focus enough energy for it.
A while after losing to Custom, he enters the depths of the labyrinth in an attempt to find his partner, Mina, who vanished.
