Under each character, right below the name is how to obtain the character. The table afterwards lists the starting attributes of the characters, not taking into account bonuses from previous character clears. In the Attributes side, the one that is in bold is the attribute of the character, and those that are underlined are those the character has an advantage against.

Next will be the range the character has for his/her main attack; Short, Middle or Long. The bond a character has will define how his/her loyalty drops when you enter the National Chapter. Past that is the skill the character has, and any requirements to get it, if any. Further are the five character checks. Finally, any notes of importance will be given.

Do note that not all characters have a picture available under AliceSoft's page. So in some cases you will be left with visual recognition of their names.

School Chapter Edit

(Ancient Ruins), Aomory (アオモリ) (Mt. Tenrou Kunagi / 天楼久那妓Edit

How to obtain: Obtained automatically after suppressing the Grounds (グラウンド) of Seijou Academy in the School Chapter. She will start in her wolf form but will turn back to human at the beginning of the District Chapter.

Super Evasion: Passive. Greatly increases Kunagi's evasion.

Character Checks:

Talk to her 3 times in total after her first H event.
Raise her love level up to 8.
Obtain her ending.
Trigger the event "New Moon/Kunagi" ("新月／久那妓") in Forestland (樹海). For this event to be available you need to stationed her together with Zanma Rouga (斬真狼牙) and Ijuuin Tamari (伊集院玉利) in any area during a New Moon (the circle is all black). This means that you need to put the characters there in the turn before, when there is a Waning Crescent Moon, in order to make the event available during the New Moon.
Station her along with Zanma Rouga (斬真狼牙), Zanma Gou (斬真豪), Hibiki Sanae (日比生咲苗), Naruse Yuuki (成瀬有紀) and Jinnai Heita (陣内兵太) in the same region (note: this can still be done after turning Jinnai Heita into Super Heita). Only seems to be available after turn 80 in the National Chapter. (Note: Some other condition might be neccessary. Can confirm obtainable at turn 76, at least. Note 2: Obtained turn 54, after conquering Nightmare Eyes, all her other stars except ending already obtained. Note 3: All stars except ending confirmed unnecessary, obtained with love level 7 directly after viewing its start-of-turn h-event for CG [1-3-3]. Said event or love level might be the prerequisite.)

Other Notes:

CGs [1-1-1] through [1-3-2] are obtained through regular H events.
CG [1-3-3] is obtained after her love level is above 7.
CG [1-3-4] is obtained during the School Festival in her route (Select "School Festival (学園祭)" in Toukyou (闘京) during turns 61 to 69).
CGs [1-4-1] through [1-4-3] are obtained as you progress through her route.
CG [1-4-4] is obtained in her ending.
Zanma Rouga's HP will be restored by 50% whenever you H with her.
Every 40 levels she gains 1 Stamina.
She will leave if you enter Kyoudou Senna (京堂扇奈)'s route.
In her route she is needed for a character clear of Kuga Kyouichirou.

Hibiki Sanae / 日比生咲苗Edit

How to obtain: Initial character.

Gentle Strike: 1 Stamina. Deals 1/2 damage but can't kill the enemy (will leave with 1 HP if reduced below 0).

Character Checks:

Talk to her 3 times after her first H event.
Raise her love level up to 8.
Obtain her ending.
Station Zanma Rouga (斬真狼牙) in the same region as Hibiki Sanae. An event will automatically start on the next turn (or available). For the event to happen you need both Naruse Yuki and Jinnai Heita in your team roaster. Note : Unknown requirement for this event to occur; you don't need to capture Sangoku first. Can be triggered immediately after seeing Himenomiya Kaen ((姫乃宮華苑) event about her going to Toukyou.
After capturing Sangoku (三国) in the National Chapter, when the public peace of the region starts declining, select the event "Nanae Once More" ("もう一度ななえ"). The Mouri brothers (毛利尊賢 and 毛利尊拳) must be in your roster.

Other Notes:

CGs [3-1-1] through [3-3-2] are obtained by regular H events.
CG [3-3-3] is obtained when Sangoku (三国) is suppressed.
Every time you H with her, you will obtain 50 BP.
Every 30 levels she gains 1 Stamina.
She'll give you the "ATM Card (預金通帳)" item during the National Chapter if you ever go below 99 BP. You must speak with her to get it.
The item "Bucho Ball (ぶちょ玉)" is obtained by stationing Sanae in Nagazaki ('NAGASAKI') and selecting the event "Sanae and the Glasses Bridge" ("眼鏡橋と咲苗") after suppressing the Glasses Bridge. To discover the Glasses Bridge, position Zanma Gou (斬真豪) in Nagazaki.
Hibiki Sanae is needed for character clears of Tenrou Kunagi, Jinnai Heita, Kyoudou Senna, Mouri Sonken (red), and can be optionally used for a character clear of Koumei Michiru.

Naruse Yuuki / 成瀬有紀Edit

BOOM!: 1 Stamina. Evades combat for that turn. (Skill only available as male Yuuki)
Loyalty Boost: Passive. Increases the loyalty of the units stationed in the same region as Yuuki. (Skill only available as female Yuuki)

Character Checks:

Station Zanma Rouga (斬真狼牙) and Naruse Yuuki in the same region. If Yuuki's HP is below 9 after combat, an event will trigger. Only available in the National Chapter.
After the previous star, station Yuuki with Yamamoto Burai (山本無頼), or Idagawa Ren (韋駄川煉) or Kongomaru Sanzou (金剛丸三蔵) or Mouri Sonken (毛利尊拳) in the same region (only one is necessary). An event will trigger at the beginning of the next turn.
After the previous star, station Yuuki with one of the characters not used for the previous star (so if you used Idagawa Ren, don't use him again). After that event triggers, a second event will trigger at the beginning of the next turn (Yuuki doesn't need to be stationed with anyone in particular for this one).
Station Yuuki with Cleo Aripa (クレオ・アリパ) in Tottori (塔鳥). Then select the event "Naruse's Shooting Rally" ("成瀬の射撃大会"). You may need to raise Yuuki's level to 70 EXP or higher, and may need to be past turn 40 (I've gotten it as early as turn 25, so I'm not too sure about that one...).
After the previous star, have Yuuki fight along with Cleo Aripa (クレオ・アリパ) in combat.

Other Notes:

Yuuki is in reality a girl posing as a guy. In order to have him (her) change into her female self for the rest of the game, observe the following as it is complicated:
Talk to him three to four times during the conversation phase (can be done during school/district chapter - basically exhaust all his conversation topics until he starts repeating himself).
Station Yuuki along with Jinnai Heita (陣内兵太) in any region during the national chapter for 2 turns for 2 separate beginning-of-turn events (second one is food related). They don't need to be stationed together for two consecutive turns. You must clear Heita's 3rd star first.
Once Yuuki's experience bar is at /74 or higher, station him again with Jinnai Heita (陣内兵太) in any region. An event should trigger at the beginning of turn (peeping related). (Note: I was able to trigger this event immediately after Yuuki levelled up to 70.)
Next, station Yuuki and Francine (フランシーヌ) in any region. An event should trigger where Francine (フランシーヌ) tries to examine him.
5-6 turns later, station Yuuki and Francine (フランシーヌ) together again in any region. It will then be revealed that Yuuki is actually a girl. You can stop here if you don't care about seeing female Yuuki's epilogue scene.
For the determined, station female Yuuki along with Hibiki Sanae (日比生咲苗) and an event should trigger at the beginning of the turn.
Following that, station Yuuki in Toukyou and trigger an event named "Shopping with Yuuki". Next, talk to her in the conversation phase a couple of times to trigger her H-scene for CG [6-4-3].
Finally, station Yuuki and Himenomiya Kaen (姫乃宮華苑) in the same region to trigger another beginning-of-turn event (make-up related). This final scene is required to see female Yuuki's ending.
Note that these gender changing events will not trigger if you have already cleared Yuuki's 1st star. Likewise, none of Yuuki's stars can be cleared once Yuuki is revealed as a girl.
Yuuki's Stamina will increase by 1 every 30 levels. Caution: Stamina is reverted back to 3 once Yuuki is revealed as a girl (other stats remain the same however) so you may not want to level Yuuki more than 29 times before you reveal Yuuki's real gender.
Naruse Yuuki is needed for character clears of Tenrou Kunagi, Jinnai Heita and Ijuuin Tamari.

Jinnai Heita / 陣内兵太Edit

How to obtain: Initial character.

Ten Years Knuckle: Stamina 2. Sets Counter to 99%, deals 2x damage. +10 to Hit.

Character Checks:

Speak to him 4 times in the Companion Phase.
Station him with Hibiki Sanae (日比生咲苗) in the same region. An event should start at the beginning of the turn.
Station him with Naruse Yuuki (成瀬有紀) in the same region. An event should start at the beginning of the turn.
Station him in Kumamotou (熊元) and he'll go missing. Trigger the event "Search for Jinnai Heita" ("陣内兵太の捜索") for him to return. (See note below.)
Obtained when the skill "Ten Years Knuckle" is used in 7 different battles; they only seem to count when used on overground battles (not on dungeons). Also, obtaining this star will make him die.

Other Notes:

In order to obtain the skill you must turn him into Super Heita. To do so, station him in Tottori (塔鳥) (note: you do not need to suppress the region), Forestland (樹界) and Kumamotou (熊元). Each time you do so, he will leave and you must trigger an event called "Search for Heita" ("陣内兵太の捜索") in each of those regions. Once you've done it in all three, talk to him in the Companion Phase to power him up.
The item "Fire Crystal (ファイアクリスタル)" is obtained after you search for him in Kumamotou (熊元).

Miyazato Erika / 宮里絵梨花Edit

How to obtain: In the School Chapter, select the event "The Rooftop Girls" ("屋上の少女たち") followed by "The Rooftop Girls 2" ("屋上の少女たち２") on the Roof (屋上)of Seijou Academy during the School Chapter. A deathmatch will occur between Rouga and Erika, Shorko and Saki. Beat all three to get them. She can't join you (nor can Shorko and Saki) if you've already recruited the Nakanishi sisters.

Ally Counter +10: Passive. Raises the Counter of all allies in the region by 10.

Character Checks:

Recruit her.
Speak to her a few times (anywhere from 2 to 6) and you'll be given the option for H with her at random.
Station her along with Shorko (ショーコ) and Saki (サキ) in the same region and trigger the event "Roar! Miyazato Gang! 1("轟け！宮里軍団1"). They must be the only units stationed in the region.
Same as the previous star. This time, trigger "Roar! Miyazato Gang 2" ("轟け！宮里軍団2") followed by "Roar! Miyazato Gang 3"("轟け！宮里軍団3"). The last event will trigger a deathmatch with 4 Sensouji Pep Squad guys.
Station her in Toukyou (闘京). If her level has been raised at least 20 times, an event will be triggered if her 4th star has been obtained. This can't be done if Shorko and Saki are stationed in Toukyou as well.

Other Notes:

CG [5-1-1] is obtained by getting her second star.
All her stars link to the skills of Shoko and Saki, so their skills increase along with hers. Erika's third star clear will also increase their affection levels, for example.
The item "Kitty Gold Coin (ネコル金貨☆)" can be obtained randomly by talking to her more than 2 times.
She is required to recruit Comet-san (コメートさん). This is done in Shisuoka (志津岡) by selecting the event "Erika at the Observatory"("絵梨花の天文台") 3 times, then choosing to run away when the choice between running and fighting the meteor appears. First, suppress the Observatory. Second, station Erika in this region and wait at least five turns. It's confirmed that she does not need any of her stars for this event.
Her starting HP is actually 40, but since her first character check is cleared when she joins, she'll gain additional 5 HP.
When talking to her for her second star, any time she attacks you it is a wasted action. You could clear this as early as the School Chapter.

Nakanishi Kendo / 中西剣道Edit

How to obtain: In the School Chapter, select the event "Archery Girl" ("弓道少女") on the Second Floor (２Ｆ) of the school. Then trigger the event "Kendo Girl" ("剣道少女") in the Gym (体育館). She can't be recruited if you already have Miyazato Erika (宮里絵梨花) and her gang.

Character Checks:

Speak to her once in the Companion Phase.
Speak to her twice after raising her level at least 5 times. (The value on the right side of the exp bar should be over 60)
Speak to her in the Companion Phase after obtaining the previous star.
After her level has been raised several times (on the EXP bar, value on the right over 87) and the previous stars cleared, station her along with her sister, Nakanishi Kyudo (中西弓道). An event should trigger at the beginning of the next turn. Only available in the National Chapter.
After seeing 2 sparring events with Murakumo Shizuri (叢雲静梨), station them together. She will then ask you to let her duel Shizuri. Winning will clear her 5th star. You can only duel once, so you can only clear either her or Shizuri in a playthrough, or alternatively reload the game after clearing one and clear the other.

Other Notes:

CG [6-3-1] is obtained when you clear her 2nd star.
CG [6-3-2] is obtained if she is defeated in combat.
CG [6-3-4] is obtained when you clear her 4th star (though is one is actually for Kyudo).
If Nakanishi Kyudo is killed in battle, Kendo will lose her fighting spirit and leave the party.
If she is defeated in combat, an H scene is generated and Nakanishi Kyoudo's power increases. However, triggering this event will make you lose her permanently.
She will have two sparring events (on the roof; beginning of turn event) with Murakumo Shizuri. After seeing two of them, Kendo's power increase and her attack animation will change. You might need to have one or both of them not stationed in any area for this to occur. (needs confirmation)
Nakanishi Kendo is needed for character clears of Nakanishi Kyudo and Murakumo Shizuri.

Nakanishi Kyudo / 中西弓道Edit

How to obtain: In the School Chapter, select the event "Archery Girl" ("弓道少女") on the Second Floor (２Ｆ) of the school. Then trigger the event "Kendo Girl" ("剣道少女") in the Gym (体育館) to recruit her sister, Nakanishi Kendo (中西剣道). Then trigger the event "Archery Girl ("弓道少女") on the Second Floor (2F)one more time to get her. She can't be recruited if you already have Miyazato Erika (宮里絵梨花) and her gang.

Speak to her three times in the Companion Phase.
After her level has been raised several times (value on right over 87), station her along with Nakanishi Kendo (中西剣道). An event should trigger at the beginning of the next turn.
Station her in the same region as Ariake Harami (有明はらみ). An event should auto-trigger.
Station her along with Kuga Kyouichirou (久我匡一郎) in the same region for an event to auto-trigger. Clear Kuga Kyouichirou (久我匡一郎) second star, then speak with Kuga Kyouichirou (久我匡一郎) once in the Companion Phase. Afterwards, station them together and watch two more events (in different turns). They must be stationed together both turns.

Other Notes:

CG [6-3-3] is obtained by clearing her 5th star.
CG [6-3-4] is obtained by clearing her 3th star.
Her abilities are increased if her sister Nakanishi Kendo (中西剣道) is defeated in combat. Her attack animation will change as well, along with her attribute which changes to "White B". Also gains her sister's advantage against "Black B" types. She gains +8 attack, +25 Law, +30 Income and +7 Pay as well a ton of HIT.
Nakanishi Kyudo is needed for character clears of Nakanishi Kendo and Murakumo Shizuri (one of her events involves Kyudo).

Francine Yamabuki/ フランシーヌEdit

How to obtain: Trigger the event "Mysterious Doctor" ("謎の保険医") in the First Floor (1F)of the school 2 times.

She won't join you if you already have Ijuuin Tamari (伊集院玉利) with you.

Capture Rate +2: Passive. Increases the odds of capturing an enemy by 20% (so even if they are left with 3 HP the capture rate will be 100% as opposed to 80% originally).

Character Checks:

Station her in either Yoko Hama (横濱), Oosaka (王阪) or Saporo (サッポロ) and trigger the event "Francine and the Boys" ("フランシーヌと少年達").
Capture a ninja in battle. You will lose the prisoner.
Capture a Kansai student (the ones in white uniforms) in battle. You will lose the prisoner.
Station her along with Amon Saito (亜門砕斗) in the same region. An event should auto-trigger on the next turn.
Station her in the same region all of the following: Guyver Mac (凱場マック), Benishibuki Daimon (紅飛沫大門), Watari Hanzou (渡半蔵), Kongoumaru Sanzou (金剛丸三蔵), and Tsukiomi Kibito (月臣鬼人). On the following turn an event should auto-trigger where one of the characters stationed with her leave your group for good (in order of priority as they appear, so Guyver Mac will always leave even if the other four are there) and her star is cleared.

Other Notes:

CG [5-1-2] is obtained after triggering her recruitment event once.
CG [5-1-3] is obtained by clearing her first star.
If you wish to clear her 5th star, make sure to recruit Shion (シオン) before you capture Tsukiomi Kibito (月臣鬼人). Tsukiomi Kibito is necessary for Francine's 5th star clear, and if he is captured without Shion on your team, he will die.
Francine is needed for character clears of Mouri Sonken (blue) and Igarashi Koumi.
Francine is needed for Naruse Yuuki's gender change.

Ijuuin Tamari / 伊集院玉利Edit

How to obtain: In the School Chapter, trigger the event "Mysterious Doctor" ("謎の保険医") on the First Floor (1F) (Yes, the same one you use for Francine) ONCE, then trigger the event "Rumored Pervert Teacher" ("噂の変態教師") on the Second Floor (2F).

He can't join you if Francine (フランシーヌ) is already in your group.

After obtaining the previous star, trigger the event "Ijuuin's Hobby" ("伊集院の趣味") in Akibahara (秋波原) during the National Chapter after the region has been suppressed. He doesn't need to be stationed there for the event to appear.
After obtaining the previous star, trigger the event "Ijuuin's Hobby" ("伊集院の趣味") in both Aomory (アオモリ) and Oosaka (王阪).
An event is auto-triggered when his HP goes below 19 after combat. This can be done as early as the school chapter.
Station him in the same region along with Yuuki Naruse (成瀬有紀), Senpuuji Yuuna (旋風寺ゆうな), Cleo Aripa (クレオ・アリパ), Sion (シオン) and Ninjacaptor Zakuro (ＮＣざくろ). An event should auto-trigger on the next turn. (No, Yuuki doesn't have to be a girl. Heck, you can't even make Yuuki a girl if you have this guy, since you need Francine.)

Other Notes:

CG [8-2-2] is obtained by clearing his 3rd star.
Ijuuin Tamari is needed for a character clear of Tenrou Kunagi and can be optionally used for a character clear of Koumei Michiru.

Doumoto Mizuki / 堂本瑞貴Edit

How to obtain: After you've taken over the Ground (グラウンド) in the School Chapter, an event should auto-trigger where she is attacked in the Pool (プール). On the next turn, trigger the event "Incident in the Locker Room" ("更衣室の事件") and then choose the second option to recruit her. She won't join you (or more like the option won't be available) if you recruit Negishi Nanana (根岸ななな) first.

Station Zanma Gou (斬真豪) in Yezo (エゾ) to find the Stone Circle. Then trigger the event "Mizuki's Ultimate Fortune?" ("瑞貴究極の占い？") after stationing Mizuki in that region.
Speak to her in the Companion Phase after having obtained the previous star.

Other Notes:

CG [5-1-4] is obtained if you don't recruit her.
CG [5-2-1] is obtained by clearing her 5th star.
Every 40 levels her Stamina goes up by 1.
Doumoto Mizuki can be optionally used for the character clear of Kongomaru Sanzou.

Negishi Nanana / 根岸なななEdit

How to obtain: After seeing a scene with her, trigger the event "Incident in the Shed" ("体育倉庫の事件") on the Grounds (グラウンド) of Seijou Academy during the School Chapter, then choose "Check It Out" (the first option) to have her join you. She won't join if you've recruited Doumoto Mizuki (堂本瑞貴) already.

Speak to her twice in the Companion Phase.
Speak to her after she has leveled up at least 10 times (value on right side at or above 74).
After the previous star, trigger the event "Nanana's Practice" ("なななの練習") in Toukyou (闘京).
Clear up to at least the 3rd floor of the dungeon in Oosaka (王阪) (she doesn't need to be in your party). You will obtain the "Legendary Bloomers (伝説のブルマ)" and you will automatically H her as a start-of-turn event. Afterwards, speak to her in the Companion Phase if you have her first star..
After clearing her third star, station her Oosaka (王阪) and in trigger the event "Nanana's Baseball Battle!" ("ななな野球対決").

Other Notes:

CG [5-2-2] is obtained if you don't recruit her.
CG [5-2-3] is obtained by clearing her 4th star (or during more like it).
When you clear her 4th star she'll give you the "Bag of Spirit" ("根性入り袋") item.
When you clear her 5th star, Abao Akuu (アバオ亜空) will join you.
After clearing the H-Scene during her 4th star, her skill will change from "Enemy Counter X2" to "Ally Attack +5". This skill is upgrades normally at her 2nd and 4th clear. So if you get this skill before clearing more than one other star, you can upgrade it 2 times to "Ally Attack +15".
Negishi Nanana is needed for a character clear of Abao Akuu and can be optionally used for a character clear of Kongoumaru Sanzou.

Yamamoto Burai / 山本無頼Edit

How to obtain: Defeat him in combat in the Seijou Academy Athletic Club Building (運動棟)in the School Chapter for him to join. Won't join if Tsukuyomi Kinako (月読きなこ) is already with you.

First trigger the event "Suppress: Famous Gym"("制圧：有名ジム") in Aomory (アオモリ) after having suppressed the region. Then trigger the event "Yamamoto Burai in Training" ("ジムで山本無頼").
Event triggered at the beginning of a turn if his level is over 21 (right value of the exp bar should be at or over 142).
Station him in Oosaka (王阪) and trigger the event "Burai's Love" ("無頼の恋"). Then station him in Kyou (京) and trigger the same event, "Burai's Love" ("無頼の恋"). Finally, station him in Aomory (アオモリ) and trigger the event "Burai Overcomes his Fear" ("無頼の恐怖克服").
After the previous star has been cleared, station him in Kyou (京) and trigger the event "Burai's Love" ("無頼の恋") one final time.

Other Notes:

He will lose all his stamina after the Kyou event for his 4th star.
Yamamoto Burai can be optionally for character clears of Naruse Yuuki and Kongoumaru Sanzou.

Tsukuyomi Kinako / 月読きなこEdit

How to obtain: Will automatically join after being defeated in combat in the Cultural Building (文化棟)on the School Chapter. Won't join you if Yamamoto Burai (山本無頼) is already with you.

Speak to her a few turns (3 or more) after her second star is cleared.
Station Zanma Gou (斬真豪) in Aomory (アオモリ) for him to find Mt. Osorezan. ~~Suppress it~~,(don't need to suppress,the event works without) then trigger the event "Kinako's Search" (きなこの探索).
After the previous star, speak to her twice in the Companion Phase then station her in Sekigahara (関ヶ原) and trigger the event "Kinako's Vengeful Spirits" (きなこの怨霊回収).

Other Notes:

CG [6-4-1] is obtained by clearing her second star.
CG [6-4-2] is obtained by clearing her fourth star.
After clearing her thirdrd star you'll get the item "Gloomy Mask (うさ仮面うさ)".
If you station her in Kyou (京) and trigger the event "Kinako Goes Shopping (きなこの買い物)" you'll get the "Gold Turtle (黄金亀)" item.
Every 25 levels her Stamina goes up by 1.
Obtaining her fourth star powers her up, boosting her attack power and hit rate significantly (~+20) in addition to the usual bonus. Her attack animation changes, too. However, she loses a stamina point. (No matter how many times I do this, her attack only increases by 10 and her HIT does not increase at all; however, her attack animation does change). (Another report suggest that the increment may likely to depend the level of Kinako herself just before the event start. In other word, the boost may or may not be large depending on how often you level up Kinako. Ex, a report of attack increment from 48 -> 82 in a game where Kinako often partipated in battle.) Confirmed that Attack increase is equal to 50% Kinako's current attack + the 10 extra attack since most people get this as Kinako's 4th star.
Tsukuyomi Kinako is needed for a character clear of Mori Sonken (blue).

Station him along with Kongomaru Aya (金剛丸彩). An event should auto-trigger at the beginning of a turn. After that, station them together again and one more event should auto-trigger.
Station him along with any of the following girls: Negishi Nanana (根岸ななな) or Doumoto Mizuki (堂本瑞貴) or Morisawa Marine (森沢毬音). An event should auto-trigger but you must have Kakurai Jun (加倉井潤) and Nikaido Mitsuhiro (二階堂光弘 ) in your team.
Station him along with any of the following: Yamamoto Burai (山本無頼) or Nakanishi Kendou (中西剣道) or Nakanishi Kyoudou (中西弓道). An event should auto-trigger but you must have Kakurai Jun (加倉井潤) and Nikaido Mitsuhiro (二階堂光弘) in your team.
After participating in several battles, several start of turn events will trigger, the last event being about and invitation to meet with a girl. If the events stop triggering partway, you might need him to participate in a few more battles. On the turn the last event occurs, an event should become available in Toukyou (闘京) called "三蔵の約束" (Sanzou's Promise). Trigger this event for the star clear. Do note that this event only lasts for that one turn, so if you miss it it is gone forever.

Other Notes:

Kongomaru Sanzou is unobtainable if you go into Tenrou Kunagi (天楼久那妓) route.
Kongomaru Sanzou is needed for a character clear of Francine and Mori Sonken (blue) and can be optionally used for a character clear of Naruse Yuuki.
His Iron Wall skill makes him extremely useful, since he doesn't need any sort of training to make ideal use of it. It is an excellent method to dispatch otherwise extremely dangerous short/mid range enemies as Sanzou himself will remain largely untouched.

Kongomaru Aya / 金剛丸彩Edit

How to obtain: During the District Chapter, she will suddenly be abducted by bikers from the Idagawa Ren (韋駄川煉)' gang. Quickly suppress Kanami' (過浪区) and trigger the event "金剛丸彩を救出". She will then join you one turn later. Do note you have a limited time to save her, as informed by Zanma Gou (斬真豪) in the Turn Beginning Phase every now and then. Note that if you take over Okogawa before she joins you and Idagawa Ren starts attacking your base, she will no longer join you, not even if you did her rescue event before taking over Okogawa.

Have over 2000 BP (and 0 debt from the Finance guy).

CG [6-4-4] is obtained when you rescue her.

Hotta Daigo / 堀田大悟Edit

How to obtain: Capture in combat and persuade him two times. Persuade him a third time with Aya (金剛丸彩) in your party, then he will join.

You can't recruit him if Kongomaru Sanzou (金剛丸三蔵) is already in your team. Also, he will escape from prison if you reach the National Chapter without recruiting him.

Station him in Sapporo (サッポロ) in the National Chapter and he will go missing. Station Zanma Gou ( 斬真豪) to make the event "Explore: Ice Cave (探索：氷穴)" appear. Trigger it and go down to the 6th floor of the dungeon. Daigo will then change to Devil Daigo for some time.
Same as the second star. Station normal Daigo along with Kongomaru Aya (金剛丸彩) for a few turns and the event should auto-trigger.
After the 3rd star, Devil Daigo will turn back into the normal Daigo after about 20~ fights, regardless of victory or defeat. Special event battles and dungeon battles do not count.

Other Notes:

Station him in Sapporo (サッポロ) in the National Chapter and he will go missing. Station Zanma Gou ( 斬真豪) to make the event "探索：氷穴" appear. Trigger it and go down to the 6th floor of the dungeon. Daigo will then change to Devil Daigo in a beginning turn event though it doesn't necessarily have to be the next turn. He'll return to normal after about 20 over-ground battles.
As a note, if Daigo is in your team, you won't be able to recruit Mumei Masakari (無銘まさかり). Though if you manage to make Daigo go missing before turn 20 (the turn this guy appears), you can recruit him and then recover Daigo.
Hotta Daigo is needed for a character of Kongomaru Aya and indirect for Hiouguu Kaguya; the latter one requiring Daigo to be killed.
If Daigo is in his devil form and you also have Hiouguu Kaguya in your team, he will be automatically killed in the beginning of the next turn.

Idagawa Ren / 韋駄川煉Edit

How to obtain: After you suppress Okagawa' (江怒川区) in the District Chapter, he will start attacking Toukyou (闘京). Defeat him in combat and then persuade him twice in the Prison Phase. He won't be able to join you if Senpuuji Kyouko (旋風寺京子) is in your team already (she will just kill him before you get a chance to talk). Must chose either him or Kongomaru Sanzou (金剛丸三蔵) in the end of district chapter.

If you ever station him in Abashiri (アバシリ), he will be killed by Senpuuji Kyouko (旋風寺京子) at the beginning of the next turn.
Idagawa Ren is needed for a character clear of Senpuuji Kyouko (he will be killed in the process) and can be optional used for a character clear of Naruse Yuuki.

Station him along with Zanma Gou (斬真豪), Misugi Ryoutarou (美杉良太郎), Watari Hanzou (渡半蔵) and Great Emperor Moo (ムー大帝) in Shizuoka (志津岡). An event should auto-trigger at the beginning of the next turn.

Senpuuji Kyouko / 旋風寺京子Edit

How to obtain: DO NOT suppress Tiyoda (千夜堕区) or capture her *until* you see a scene of her getting raped (And saving her daughter). The event "Kyouko Appears" ("旋風寺京子現れる") will become available once you take over the area. Trigger the event to recruit her (Select the first option). Do note that if she's with you, you won't be able to recruit Idagawa Ren (韋駄川煉).

After defeating the PGG in the National Chapter, station her in Toukyou (闘京) and trigger the event "Kyouko at a Grave" (京子の墓参り).

After the previous two stars, station her along with Senpuuji Kyouko (旋風寺京子) in Aomori (アオモリ) for an event. Do note you must have discovered Osorezan in the region. For that, station Zanma Gou (斬真豪) and trigger the event "制圧：恐山".
After you obtain the 4th star, events should auto-trigger by themselves at the beginning of the next following turns. 4 scenes must be seen before her 5th star is automatically cleared.

Sennpuuji Yuuna is needed for a character clear of Senpuuji Kyouko and Ijuuin Tamari.

Kyoudou Senna / 京堂扇奈Edit

How to obtain: She automatically joins you at the beginning of the District Chapter.

First off, station Zanma Gou (斬真豪) in the Moo! (MOO！) region on the National Chapter after having suppressed it to find the Ancient Ruins. Then, trigger the event "探索：古代遺跡(Explore: Ancient Ruins)" to head down the ruins. After clearing the 16th floor, you will obtain the "Leloir (ルロアール)" item. Then station her along with Zanma Rouga (斬真狼牙), Hibiki Sanae (日比生咲苗) and Takabane Sae (高羽沙枝) on the same region. An event should auto-trigger on the next turn.

Other Notes:

CGs [2-1-1] through [2-3-2] are obtained through normal H events.
CG [2-3-3] is obtained in her 4th star clear.
CG [2-3-4] is obtained during the school festival in her route. Select "学園祭" in Toukyou (闘京) during turns 61 to 69.
CGs [2-4-1] through [2-4-3] are obtained automatically during the progress of her story.
CG [2-4-4] is obtained by getting her ending.
Whenever you H with her, Zanma Rouga (斬真狼牙)'s HP recovers by 50%.
She will leave your team if you follow Tenrou Kunagi's (天楼久那妓) route.
In her route she is needed for a character clear of Kuga Kyouichirou and Iori.

Boss Bayashi / ボス林Edit

How to obtain: ONLY AVAILABLE IN HARD MODE! To recruit her, trigger the event "Shopping at Tantan (たんたん３号店（買い物）)" in the Chou ('中王区') region. Then buy the "Legendary Croquette Bread (伝説のコロッケパン)". Then trigger the event "Visit Toukyou Tower (闘京タワー見学)" in Minato (皆斗区). You need to suppress Toukyo Tower first.

To gain 999BP by turn 10: First only train Rouga and Sanae, and Kunagi when you get her. Try to have Rouga at over 90 HP and Sanae with over 50 Atk. At District Chapter, fire all units that aren't necessary (Wolf Fang plus Sanae and Senna) and only attack Chou and defend Tokyo (You don't need to control Chou to shop). Clear Sunshine VI at turn 2, and bring Burai with you to help you clear the dungeon. If Sanae has the button, she will be able to capture 5 (assuming you cleared her fully) bikers in a single attack, netting you 120 BP. H Sanae only for 50 BP, and release Daigo and Mario for even more BP. When Sanae becomes strong enough (around 70+ atk) go capture the pep squads.

How to obtain: First, capture one of the generic soldiers from the PGG (the rifle guys with a red beret) and interrogate him in the Prison Phase. Afterwards, conquer the PGG by defeating her in a Deathmatch by triggering the event "Showdown with Tomoka (決戦:銀城智香)" in Shizuoka (志津岡).

The Red Beret prisoner has an extremely low appearance priority, so be careful about capturing too many troops. If you have 20 prisoners, then it will likely take you 10 turns before the PGG unit appears.

Other Notes:

CG [7-1-3] is obtained automatically when you invade the PGG. Note that the scene is not triggered if the PGG attacks first.
CG [7-1-4] is obtained by clearing her 3rd star.
If you haven't cleared her 3rd star, she will leave your group when Koube (香辺) becomes independent and Murata, the former leader of the PGG, joins them.
Her Stamina increases every 30 levels.
For her 4th and 5th star, you should choose a region where income is 0 like MOO! and don't station any troop there until peace drop to a red skull (Peace drop = income drop).
Her events have EXTREMELY low priority, and will take a back seat to nearly every 1st-3rd star event of every other character. For this reason, make an effort to character clear her early on to insure that you do not lose her.

Todoroki Yuu / 二十六木遊Edit

How to obtain: First of, be sure to suppress HAWAII (HAWAII) (It happended to me that the event occured only when I didn't have HAWAII, so if you already captured it, try to let it revolt and become independent). Then, after you suppress Forestland (樹界), station Zanma Gou (斬真豪) there to discover the World Tree (trigger the event "Suppress: World Tree" (制圧：世界樹)). A few turns later you should get an event that involves elf-looking characters. The event "Search for Elves" (エルフの捜索) should then be available. Trigger it twice for him to join you (along with Sonnet (ソネット)).

How to obtain: First of, be sure to suppress HAWAII (HAWAII). Then, after you suppress Forestland (樹界), station Zanma Gou (斬真豪) and Zanma Rouga (斬真狼牙) there to discover the World Tree, and go off on a search for elves together (trigger the start of turn event "Suppress: World Tree" (制圧：世界樹)). Station her along with Todoroki Yuu (二十六木遊) in Shinjuku (真宿). An event should auto-trigger on the next turn.

Other Notes:

CG [7-2-1] is obtained if you don't recruit her and Sparn (スパーン) kidnaps her.
CG [7-2-2] is automatically obtained a few turns after the Zanma brothers discover the elves.
She joins along with Todoroki Yuu (二十六木遊).
Her loyalty decreases considerably whenever she is stationed outside of Forestland or Shinjuku. Also when she and Yu stay apart.

Asakura Yuma / 朝狗羅由真Edit

How to obtain: After fighting the PGG for a while, tanks should start attacking you. After that, if you haven't, suppress Akihabara (秋波原) and trigger the event "Asakura Yuma's Room" (朝狗羅由真の部屋). If you trigger the event without having Akihabara suppressed, you will be forced to run away, essentially wasting a turn. Do note if you defeat the PGG first / if you take too long, she will die.

It seems she will severely drop the HIT of allies in your team on the same region if you send her out with tanks from the PGG.
Asakura Yuma is needed for the character clears of Mouri Sonken (red) and Shinoda Kansuke.
If you have Asakura Yuma (朝狗羅由真) with you and Mitamazuka is still in prison, she will escape. However, it is possible to recruit Mitamazuka first then Asakura.

Cleo Aripa / クレオ・アリパEdit

How to obtain: Attack Tottori (塔鳥) and capture her in battle, then persuade her twice in Prison Phase.

A beneficial glich from one of the newer patches saves you a turn by making it unnecessary to talk to her (i.e. "Negotiate with Cleo" does nothing).

Station her in Tottori (塔鳥) and trigger the event "Queen Cleo of the Desert" ("砂漠の女王クレア").
After the previous star, station her in Tottori (塔鳥) along with one of those generic units that look like a mob of guys with turbans and knives. Then trigger the event "Cleo of the Desert: Epilogue" ("続砂漠の女王クレオ").

Kinryuu / 金竜Edit

How to obtain: Clear the dungeon in Tottori (塔島) with Gyver Mac in the party. To have the dungeon appear, first you must have Gyver Mac (凱場マック) in your team, talk to him once, then capture any random unit (must be an "eyeless" common character) and interrogate him/her (second option) to make the event "北の酒場(Northern Bar)" in Aomory (アオモリ) appear. Trigger the event and then the dungeon trigger ("探索：混沌天使の塔") should be available in Tottori (塔島) but only during a Full Moon (Full yellow circle of the moon).

How to obtain: This one is a toughie. After having suppressed Forestland (樹界), suppress the Huge Magnet and then, after the PGG is annihilated, trigger the event "The Master of Forestland (樹界の主)". Now for the fun part: you must capture and interrogate (second option in prison) the next three types of eyeless units: the Chinese fighters from Sangoku, the Kansai archer girls from the NPI, and the Hokkaido snow archer girls from the Nightmare Eyes. After you get the parts from them (you just need the interrogation), trigger the event "Vandain (ヴァンダイン)" in Forestland (樹界).

You can find two of the necessary targets there. You can also find two PGG soldiers on the 3rd floor of the Hirasaka Underworld dungeon in Shiname.

Shinoda Kansuke / 篠田勘助Edit

How to obtain: Two ways to do this.

After you defeat the PGG, whenever you go over 500 BP (if you weren't at when you defeat the PGG) he will show up on the beginning of the turn, where you can recruit him for that amount.
If you don't pay for him, he will go to Nihonbashi (日奔橋) and defend the district with 4 tanks(113 hp) where you can capture him. Persuade him twice for him to join.
If you attack NPI right after PGG, there is a chance he will go to Nihonbashi before you have a chance to hire/turn him down.

Station him along with Asakura Yuma (朝狗羅由真) in any region. An event should auto-trigger.
Speak to him in the Companion Phase until he makes the strongest tank. The amount of times that you have to talk to him is random.

Other Notes:

He is needed for the character clear of Idagawa Ren.
The last tank he creates is stronger than the rest, if that's of any importance.
If you station Shinoda Kansuke in the same area as Idagawa Ren before the final race, Ren will win the race instead of lose.
Note that since Idagawa Ren's stars have a time limit it's best to hire him with BP if you plan to 5-star clear him, otherwise, if you want him, you can just recruit him from Nihon Bridge.

Tennouji Mio / 天王子ミオEdit

How to obtain: If you defeat the Nightmare Eyes by turn 33, she will appear a few turns later and scatter animals around in 4 regions under your control (denoted by a $ symbol on them). Trigger the events and get rid of the animals, then interrogate any random eyeless unit. The event Mio's Hideout (ミオの隠れ家) should then become available in Toukyou (闘京) (needs verification; last playthrough I got the location from interrogating a brown ninja). CG [8-2-4] is obtained by stationing her in (Narra (七良) in all of my games) after the SU has tasked you with capturing the enemy called Yarashidou (八羅四堂), but before capturing him.
If you ever need animals, you can always trigger the "Assorted Creatures (動物詰め合わせ)" in the HAWAII (HAWAII) region.
It just happen that I was able to get Mio's Hideout (ミオの隠れ家) event by interrogating an eyeless unit of the Skull Serpent. I did not have to fight against her animals and haven't defeated the Nighmare Eyes in 33 turns.

Comet-san / コメートさんEdit

How to obtain: Do note you need Miyazato Erika (宮里絵梨香) and her two croonies, Shoko (ショーコ) and Saki (サキ) to be with you for this one. Suppress the observatory in Shizuoka (志津岡) (event trigger is "制圧：天文台"). Starting from turn 41, trigger the event "Erika at the Observatory 1 (絵梨花の天文台１)" followed by the second and third instances of the same event. Erika does not need to be stationed there for this event. In the last one, select the option that reads "Run away" to have her join.

How to obtain: Battle him normally while suppressing the Nightmare Eyes regions. Do note you will only be able to kill him (yes, you want to do that) if the battle (under your victory) will conquer the region. After he's down, when you trigger the event "Showdown: Camilla (決戦　カミラ)" in Transylvania (トランシルバニア) to defeat the Nightmare Eyes you will fight him there again. Beat him to capture him. Afterwards, buy any 3 items in Akihabara (秋波原) by triggering the event "Shopping: Tantan HQ (買い物：たんたん本店)". (You can buy more) These 3 items cannot be the last 3 items, for what you are aiming for is a good customer lucky draw by Tanzawa Nina, in which you will win cat food as a prize. Do also note that if you have the Hawaiian vacation ticket from interrogation/Idagawa Ren's ability, you won't enter the lottery and thus can't recruit the cat. Once you have the cat food persuade him in the Prison Phase. (Not true, you still can get the cat food even after you get Hawaiian vacation ticket from Idagawa Ren's ability and 2 persuasion required)

How to obtain: Can only be recruited in Tenrou Kunagi's (天楼久那妓) Route. After suppressing Transylvania (トランシルバニア), trigger the event "Showdown: Camilla (決戦　カミラ)" to enter the final battle with them. After fighting Neko Banchou (ねこ番長) choose the second option. You will get into quite a few battles (about 3) before you reach her, simply defeat her in combat to capture her. In prison, first try to persuade her once. Then the event "Curse of Blood／Camilla" becomes available in Transylvania (トランシルバニア), trigger it. Now persuade her once more to make her join.

Hiouguu Kaguya / 緋皇宮神耶Edit

How to obtain: There are two ways to recruit her.

On one way, defeat the Nightmare Eyes and trigger the event "Vampire Hunter Girl" in Transylvania (トランシルバニア).(Don't need to trigger the event "The Hunted Girl" in Aomory (アオモリ).
Alternatively, station Hotta Daigo (堀田大吾)' in Sapporo (サッポロ) where he goes missing. then trigger the first event, "追われる少女" in Aomory (アオモリ). After a few turns, Kaguya will kill him, then you can trigger the event "Search for Daigo? (大吾捜索？)" in Sapporo (サッポロ) for her to join.

- - It appears that you don't even need to trigger the event "The Pursued Girl" in Aomory(アオモリ). All you have to do is defeat Nightmare Eyes and trigger Vampire Hunting Girl" in Transylvania (トランシルバニア) for her to join you. It'll save you a turn to do something else. Of course, you can't clear her second star if you choose this option. Same deal if you want her kill Hotta before join you. "The Pursued Girl" in Aomori is unneccessary for that.
  - You may have to wait for a LONG time for Kaguya to kill Daigo in the ice cave. (Mine was 17 turns, start couting at Daigo went missing)

Trigger the event "Date with Hiouguu Kaguya (緋皇宮神耶とデート) in Shin Juku (真宿) after suppressing it. Requires previous star.
Speak to her a couple of times in the Companion Phase after having raised her level a few times (exp value on right should be at or above 82).
Station her in the same region as Daimao (大まおー) and an event should auto-trigger on the next turn. Daimao will leave your group. Kaguya will get a major status boost and learn her Summon Daimao skill. (See information on him for more details)

Other Notes:

CG [8-2-1] is obtained by clearing her 4th star.
Her skill is obtained by clearing her 5th star.
If she's in your group and you power up Hotta Daigo (堀田大吾) to Devil Daigo, she will kill him.

Morisawa Marine / 森沢毬音Edit

How to obtain: After suppressing the region of Abashiri (アバシリ), suppress the Bowling Alley (制圧：ボーリング場) then trigger the event "The Iron Ball Girl" (鉄球少女登場) for her to join the Nightmare Eyes. Capture her in combat and persuade her once.

How to obtain: When you are fighting against her in Sekigahara (関ヶ原), don't drop her HP to 0. Then, before you anihilate the Nation Protectors, trigger the event "謎の妖気(The Mysterious Demon)" 2 times. You will enter a deathmatch against her using Zanma Rouga (斬真狼牙) and Nakanishi Kendou (中西剣道) (You Need her to get the deathmatch event). She'll join you at the beginning of a turn.

After clearing her 5th star (yes, fifth), speak to her once or twice in the Companion Phase.

Like Nakanishi Kendo's (中西剣道) fifth star. If they are stationed together, they will duel. You must win with Murakumo to clear this star. You can only duel once so you can only clear either her or Kendo.

After the second star, clear all the way to the 8th floor in the dungeon of Sekigahara (関ヶ原) by triggering the event "探索：古井戸(Explore: Ancient Well)". She need to be on your team when clearing the 8th floor.

Other Notes:

CG [7-4-3] is obtained by clearing her 3rd star.

You need Nakanishi Kendo (中西剣道) in your team or you cant event meet her in the scenes.
If stationed in Sekigahara (関ヶ原) before clearing the Ancient Well, within Sekigahara (関ヶ原), an event can occur causing her to leave your group (clearing the dungeon won't make her return).
For clearing her 4th star, if your Kendo too strong it might become difficult, you can try attach item to Shizuru (50% dmg down / button) or pray for her to use her skill. Alternatively, since the duel occurs at the participants' current life and stamina levels, have Kendo or Shizuri wounded in battle before stationing them together.

Takabane Sae / 高羽沙枝Edit

How to obtain: After you start fighting the Nation Protectors, Takabane will challenge Zanma Rouga (斬真狼牙) to a Deathmatch. Defeat her and you will be given two choices. Choosing the first option will recruit her (Have to see a few of her beginning of turn event for her appearing on the member list), second option will get you a cg after waiting for a few turns. It also seems that if you don't capture her, she will join you when you supress Iga.

Rouga will be removed from his post for the "Deathmatch" round (He will be removed from his defending post).

Igarashi Koumi / 五十嵐紅美Edit

How to obtain: She is only available in Tenrou Kunagi's (天楼久那妓) route. Anihilate the Academy WITHOUT invading Koube (香辺) before turn 60. It will then become an independent nation which will eventually be taken by the Holy Flame. A few turns later, her subordinate wake up in a hospital on your capital asking you to re-capture Koube (香辺) and rescue Igarashi. After you suppress the area, she will join you.

Note that it is still possible to recruit Igarashi even if you've already reclaimed Koube from the Holy Flame before being asked (as it is possible to push back this scene with other higher priority start-of-turn events). The scene will still play out eventually and Igarashi will still join you automatically on the next turn (provided that you don't have other higher priority start-of-turn events in cue, of course).

Watari Hanzou / 渡半蔵Edit

How to obtain: Only available in Kyoodou Senna's (京堂扇奈) route. Before the Academy is anihilated, trigger the event "忍者ひとり(Lone Ninja)" in HAWAII (HAWAII), then trigger the event "忍者ひとり？(Lone Ninja?)" in that same region and he will join the Academy. Once you suppress them, he will join.

After his first star is cleared, when it's the turn of the NPI.
Speak to him 3 times in the Companion Phase.
Station him in Kyou (京) and trigger the event "A Ninja's Feelings (忍びの想い)", followed after a few turns by "A Shinobi's Feelings 2 (忍びの想い２)". You need to have Iori in your team roaster for the 2nd event to appear after a few turns even tho' she plays no further role in the following scene. (Not true. I got the 2nd part of this star at turn 54, long before I've had a chance to even do Iori's pre-recruitment event).
Station him in HAWAII (HAWAII) and trigger the event "再会の砂浜／半蔵". During the time laspe between the 4th star event's first and second event, this event will not be available.

Other Notes:

Watari Hanzou is needed for a character clear of Ninjacaptor Zakuro (ＮＣざくろ), Francine, Iori, Mario, Takabane, and indirectly Senna.

Yamizaki Akito / 闇崎アキトEdit

How to obtain: Two ways to get him.

First one will not work if you are playing in Hard Mode. When you suppress Nakoya (名児耶), trigger events "Akito's Realization (気が付けばアキト)" followed by "A Peaceful Day for Akito (日常のアキト)" for him to join. Note that you need to do this before he joins Igarashi.
Second one (needs confirmation), similar to how you recruit Igarashi Koumi (五十嵐紅美), he can join the Koube Igarashi League before the Holy Flame captures the territory. Capture him in battle and then persuade him twice.

Station him with Misugi Ryoutarou (美杉良太郎) in either Oosaka (王阪) or Shisuoka (志津岡) for an event to auto trigger.
Equip Akito with the "Powawa Gun (ぽわわ銃)" item. An event should auto-trigger on the following round. The Powowa Gun can be purchased at the shop in Akibahara or found by conquering Oka Yama, supressing the NASA building, and triggering "The Secrets of NASA" event.

Abao Akuu / アバオ亜空Edit

After having been in combat 3 to 4 times, an event should auto-trigger before a battle and the star is cleared after the battle.
After the previous star, another event should trigger after being in combat 2 to 3 more times.
After the previous star, yet another event should trigger, this one about 3 combats later.
(Possible after the previous star) Suppress the Shizuoka Observatory and station Abao Akuu in Shizuoka (志津岡) and an event will auto-trigger on the next turn(Don't need to suppress the Observatory to get the event). A start of turn event happen: Abao feel homesick and want to return space. Then station him in Okayama (岡耶麻) and trigger the event "宇宙へ…アバオ" for him to go into space, yeah... He will leave your team for the time being. About 6 turns later, station Negishi Nanana (根岸ななな) in Okayama (岡耶麻) as well and trigger the event "Back to Earth... Abao" (地球へ…アバオ for him to return and clear his 5th star.

Other Notes:

His name is based on the Zeon space fortress in the original Mobile Suit Gundam anime (Abao A Qu). His battlecry and chit chat... is a of course very "Gundam"sque.

Ninjacaptor Zakuro / ＮＣざくろEdit

How to obtain: After seeing an event that involves her, station a Black Ninja (eyeless unit) in Iga (伊我) to trigger its capture by Zakuro. Then trigger the event "Capture Zakuro (ざくろ捕獲)" to recruit her.

Character Checks:

Have Watari Hanzou (渡半蔵) in your team. NC Zakuro will capture him at the beginning of a turn (and you lose him from your team of course).
Have Aoi Gamon (葵我門)in your team. NC Zakuro will capture him at the beginning of a turn (and you lose him from your team of course).
Event will auto trigger when there's a White Ninja (eyeless unit) in the same region as NC Zakuro (maybe enemy counts as well?).
After clearing the first star, speak to her in the Companion Phase and if she has captured over 4 ninjas, her 5th star will clear and she won't capture any more ninjas.

Other Notes:

IMPORTANT! After you talk to her the first time, every few turns she will capture a Ninja from your team (and playing weird "games" with him/her, prompting them to leave). If you can't provide a Ninja to her, she disappears unless you clear her 5th star. (Note: She begins taking ninjas regardless if you spoke to her or not after turn 80)
When you clear her 5th star, if you missed the 2nd, 3rd and 4th, you won't be able to clear them anymore for that playthrough.
Every 24 levels she gains +1 Stamina.
Also, the White Ninja you need is quite rare. He only appears at the beginning when you start fighting the Academy, so be sure to capture him.
It seems regular black/blue/brown ninjas will take priority over 'Watari Hanzou (渡半蔵), 'Aoi Gamon (葵我門) and the white ninja you need to clear her stars when she captures a ninja at the start of a turn, basically, she won't capture Hanzou, Gamon and the white ninja until you run out of black/blue/brown ninjas
Since her weird games beginning of turn event has very low priority, you can control it easily.
- If you want her event to be triggered, prepare your ninja (Watari, Gomon, White, etc...) and make sure there will be no other event that push her event back.
- If you do not want to clear her star and also not want your ninja (Watari, Gomon, White, etc...) to leave, just arrange any event, it should push her event back.
- Re-load your save can help.

Her name is probably a reference to Cardcaptor Sakura.

Sanada Namu / 真田なむEdit

How to obtain: In Tyuuou (中王区) in the District Chapter, trigger the event "Part-time Girl Namu (バイト娘なむ)" (only available after you suppress the region it seems). In the National Chapter, trigger the previous event in Yokohama (横濱), Aomori (アオモリ), Iga (伊我) and Narra (七良). After you've seen them all, Rouga will treat her to lunch in a start of turn event (low-priority). After having done this, trigger the event "Search for Yarashidou八羅四堂を探す" in Narra (七良) once Yarashidou has been introduced (Must suppress Nightmare Eyes and wait for Kaen to tell you to look for him in Nara). Namu's recruitment start-of-turn event (also low priority) will only be avaliable if Oka Yama (岡耶麻) hasn't been suppressed (by either you, the Skull Serpents or the Holy Flame, the last two happening at turn ~64).

After clearing the previous star, talk to her again in Companion Phase, then about 5 turns after talking to her, an event should appear in Dream Island (夢の島) called "Harami's Exhibition" (はらみの即売会). Trigger it.
Speak to her after clearing the previous star.

Marishia / マリーシアEdit

How to obtain: Two ways to do this, depending on your route.

In Tenrou Kunagi's (天楼久那妓) route, an event will become available in Shiname (死魔根) after the Holy Flame capture her. The event "Rescue Marishia (マリーシア救出)" becomes available which you can trigger to rescue her. Do note that if you perform this event before the giant thing that takes over several regions stops, the rescue will fail (the giant stops right before reaching your capital and the event can be triggered succesfully immediately after, also, you don't need to control Shimane to trigger the event to rescue her. Also note that the event will disappear when you take over the Holy Flame so do it before triggering the showdown event. And DO NOT capture Shimane before the giant stops, or the event will dissapear. You must rescue her shortly after Rusheld stops in Yoko Hama or she will be killed.
in Kyoudou Senna's (京堂扇奈) route, you have to defeat the Skull Serpent group first so the region she's in becomes independent, then you can capture her in battle and persuade her.

Can only be done after the previous star. First of, be sure to station Zanma Gou (斬真豪) in Kumamoto (熊元) and then trigger the event "制圧：霊厳洞" that appears. Afterwards, station Mitamazuka in the region and trigger the event "妖姫の散歩".
About 20-30 turns after speaking to her for the second time, speak to her one more time. IMPORTANT! See notes below.

CG [7-3-2] is obtained during her 5th star clear.
About the 5th star, if you haven't obtained the "Defense God (守り神様)" item, Zanma Rouga (斬真狼牙) will die after the scene, netting you a game over. The item can be obtained by stationing Zanma Gou (斬真豪) in the Shinjuku (真宿) region, also note that you only have one shot at this star (If you turn her down, she won't ask you again).
About her joining... If you have Asakura Yuma (朝狗羅由真) with you and Mitamazuka is still in prison, she will escape. However, it is possible to recruit Mitamazuka first then Asakura.
Mitamazuka Youki is necessary for Murakumo Shizuri's second star clear.

Touma Kanata / 冬摩彼方Edit

How to obtain: First one, you need to suppress Shin Juku (真宿). During the fights, you might encounter Mitamazuka Youki (魂塚妖姫), but you won't be able to capture her at this point. After you conquer the region they will fight back, just kill or capture her. Trigger the event "Visit Rice Cracker Store" ("煎餅屋訪問")three times after Youki have been killed or captured for him to join. Once you have conqured Shinjuku (真宿), the "Visit Rice Cracker Store" event will still be available even if you lose control of it. If you do not kill or capture Youki, she will prevent you from visiting the store.

This one is obtained before you recruit him (At one point while fighting the Shin Juku (真宿) region,' 'Zanma Gou (斬真豪) will provide information to you about Touma). Then, TWO events should happen between Touma and Mitamazuka Youki (魂塚妖姫) when the Independent regions are taking their turn. Note: Just station units at Shinjuku in the first 2 rounds and suppress other region first (The Events should start by it self). Do not capture or kill Youki before both of these events or you will miss this star (you can keep bashing Mitamazuka Youki (魂塚妖姫) and her zombies, since she won't be killed or captured as long as Shinjuku has not been conquered). Then, when you have the items: "Fire Crystal (ファイアクリスタル)" from Jinnai Heita event in Kumamotou, "Black Onyx (ブラックオニキス)" from 20th floor of Hirasaka Underworld in Shiname and the "Moonstone (ムーンストーン)" from Tanzawa Nina's 2nd Star, the event "The Great Emperor Awakes (大帝の目覚め)" will be available. Trigger it.

There will be a start-of-turn event in the National Chapter if you ever start a turn with Zanma Rouga's (斬魔狼牙) HP under 19 where she automatically join you.(Edit by SeiraChan :maybe under 19hp is not right seems like it have to be under 10 im not sure,but i never get her if im not under 10hp -_-)

You can also get her by not checking out the book in the first place and then starting a turn at the National Chapter with Rouga having at 19 HP or less.

An event is automatically triggered after curing all the girls, follow the story from there and you should get a star event in Saporo. Do that and the last CG will be unlocked. The Japanese wiki seems to indicate that you have to pay back all your debts for the automated event to trigger. I had assumed that it triggers only on one condition and the debt was written off. (most likely need to pay off the debt for event to occure as the event occure around the next turn i paid off my debt)

Warning! The monsters in the obscene dreams are challenging to say the least unless weakened. Attempt the compulsory treatment without waiting for the infection level to drop and you might hit a Game Over. However, Sanzou, Youki, and some who has reflect-type skills can work wonder on this demon class. Pre-emptive strikes can also work, but not as elegant as the above tactic. Alternatively, use Sion's Tea Party, Amon/Saki and Ginjou. With all these boosts, Rouga and/or Kuga should have an EVA high enough to just not get hit, if you leveled them up a bit. You can easily clear 95%+ infection levels that way. Another strategy, since all the enemies only have 3 stamina each, waste their stamina male Yuuki's Boom and Yamamoto's Swift Dodge work great for early on, and when you get Takabane Sae her ability (avoid combat, all enemies -1 stamina) can really make it easy, especially if you five star her beforehand, then it's just a matter of between 5 characters having enough stamina/attack to deal about 600 damage (since enemies without stamina cannot evade or attack back)
