How to obtain: After suppressing Forestland (樹界), station Zanma Gou (斬真豪) and trigger the event to suppress the World Tree ("制圧：世界樹"). After a few turns when you see the events with the elves (necessary if you want to recruit Sonnet (ソネット)), don't trigger it. Keep waiting and eventually Sparn will H Sonnet (ソネット). After a few more turns and other scenes, the event "スパーン訪問" should be available in HAWAII (HAWAII), trigger it.

If he's stationed with Kuga Kyouichirou (久我匡一郎), Sparn will leave your team.
He is a parody of Parn from Record of Lodoss War.
If the event to recruit him appear and you don't recruit him, some turns later an event will trigger at beginning of turn and he can't be recruit anymore.

Mitamazuka Youki / 魂塚妖姫Edit

How to obtain: Capture her while fighting in Shinjuku (真宿) (she can only be captured when they fight back after you first conquer the region, where she will try to re-take it; also, she will remain capturable and killable even if she regains control of Shinjuku). Persuade her once. Then be sure to have Touma Kanata (冬摩彼方) and talk to him twice in the Companion Phase, then persuade Mitamazuka again. (See notes)

Inversion Mirror: 3 Stamina. Completely reflects the attack of the enemy, but doesn't work with long-ranged attacks.

After the previous star, in Sekiga Hara (関ヶ原), trigger the event "Youki Takes a Walk (妖姫の散歩)".
After the previous star, in Transylvania (トランシルバニア), trigger the event "Youki Takes a Walk (妖姫の散歩)".
Can only be done after the previous star. First of, be sure to station Zanma Gou (斬真豪) in Kumamoto (熊元) and then trigger the event "制圧：霊厳洞" that appears. Afterwards, station Mitamazuka in the region and trigger the event "妖姫の散歩".
About 20-30 turns after speaking to her for the second time, speak to her one more time. IMPORTANT! See notes below.

Other Notes:

CG [7-3-2] is obtained during her 5th star clear.
About the 5th star, if you haven't obtained the "Defense God (守り神様)" item, Zanma Rouga (斬真狼牙) will die after the scene, netting you a game over. The item can be obtained by stationing Zanma Gou (斬真豪) in the Shinjuku (真宿) region, also note that you only have one shot at this star (If you turn her down, she won't ask you again).
About her joining... If you have Asakura Yuma (朝狗羅由真) with you and Mitamazuka is still in prison, she will escape. However, it is possible to recruit Mitamazuka first then Asakura.
Mitamazuka Youki is necessary for Murakumo Shizuri's second star clear.

Touma Kanata / 冬摩彼方Edit

How to obtain: First one, you need to suppress Shin Juku (真宿). During the fights, you might encounter Mitamazuka Youki (魂塚妖姫), but you won't be able to capture her at this point. After you conquer the region they will fight back, just kill or capture her. Trigger the event "Visit Rice Cracker Store" ("煎餅屋訪問")three times after Youki have been killed or captured for him to join. Once you have conqured Shinjuku (真宿), the "Visit Rice Cracker Store" event will still be available even if you lose control of it. If you do not kill or capture Youki, she will prevent you from visiting the store.

Ally Experience +10%: Passive. Increases the Exp obtained by 10% of all allies in the region after combat. The bonus increases to 20% on obtaining his 1st star.

Character Checks:

Speak to him 4 times in the Companion Phase.
This one is obtained before you recruit him (At one point while fighting the Shin Juku (真宿) region,' 'Zanma Gou (斬真豪) will provide information to you about Touma). Then, TWO events should happen between Touma and Mitamazuka Youki (魂塚妖姫) when the Independent regions are taking their turn. Note: Just station units at Shinjuku in the first 2 rounds and suppress other region first (The Events should start by it self). Do not capture or kill Youki before both of these events or you will miss this star (you can keep bashing Mitamazuka Youki (魂塚妖姫) and her zombies, since she won't be killed or captured as long as Shinjuku has not been conquered). It also seems that the event "Visit Rice Cracker Store" ("煎餅屋訪問") (before Mitamazuka Youki is captured or killed) increases the chance of the 2nd star event to happen (it raise the event priority in case it is being pushed back by other event).
Station him along with Mitamazuka Youki (魂塚妖姫) in the same region for an event on the next turn.
Station him along with Mitamazuka Youki (魂塚妖姫) in the Shin Juku (真宿) region for an event on the next turn. They have to be alone (no other units)
After the first star, station him in Nara (七良) and then trigger the event "冬摩堂出張販売(Touma's Travelling Sales)".

Mouri Sonken / 毛利尊賢Edit

Yes, there are two with the same name when romanized. This one is the guy in blue.

How to obtain: Attempt to attack Sangoku (三国) to discover that it is protected a Great Wall. Later, after Takabane Sae (高羽沙枝) joins your team, an event should auto-trigger at the beggining of the next turn. Then, trigger the event "Human Cannon (人間大砲)" in Ika (伊我) to get the event "人間大砲で侵入" to appear in Sangoku (三国). Trigger it so you can invade the region and after suppressing it, he (along with his brother Mouri Sonken (毛利尊拳)) will join you.

If Tsukuyomi Kinako (月読きなこ) is in your party, trigger the event "Sonken and Kinako (尊賢ときなこ)" in Aomori (アオモリ).
First of, you have to suppress the Famous School in Akihabara (秋波原) (trigger is "制圧：有名学習塾") and then trigger the event "Sonken's Lesson" (尊賢の授業).
After the previous star, trigger the event "Sonken's Lesson" (尊賢の授業) in the next two regions: Niigata (新型) and Aomori (アオモリ).
After the previous star, trigger the event "Sonken's Lesson" (尊賢の授業) in Sapporo (サッポロ), then trigger the event "Sonken's Final Class" (尊賢最後の授業) in the same region (note: Didn't show up till turn 70).
Station him together with Kongomaru Sanzou (金剛丸三蔵) and Francine (フランシーヌ) in any region for an event to auto-trigger on the next turn.

Mouri Sonken / 毛利尊拳Edit

Speak to him three times in the Companion Phase (in total) and station him along with Asakura Yuma (朝狗羅由真) in the same region for an event on the next turn. Do note you must have cleared Asakura Yuma's (朝狗羅由真) 4th star already.
Station him along with Asakura Yuma (朝狗羅由真) after clearing her 5th star. An event should auto-trigger next turn.
Station him in Akihabara (秋波原) and trigger the event "尊拳とエロゲー".

How to obtain: After suppressing Sangoku (三国), trigger the event "Recruit Koumei Michiru (項明みちる勧誘)". She will only join you if you control over 23 regions.

Station her in the same region with one of the following (any) for an event to trigger on the next turn; Hibiki Sanae (日比生咲苗), or Ijuuin Tamari (伊集院玉利), or Saki (サキ), or Kongoumaru Aya (金剛丸彩), or Ginjou Tomoka (銀城智香), or Tsukiomi Kibito (月臣鬼人), or Ulruka (ウルルカ), or Vandain (ヴァンダイン), or Neko Banchou (ねこ番長).
First of, be sure to suppress the SU Headquarters (trigger "制圧：学連本部") in Okayama (岡耶麻), then station her there. After having spoken to her 3 times (in total) in the Companion Phase, an event should trigger on the next turn. (Tested: Event activated without suppressing SU HQ, just conquer and station her.)

Great Emperor MOO! / ムー大帝Edit

How to obtain: You have to suppress MOO! (MOO!) WITHOUT killing any of the Moo People there - the ones who look like cows (you can kill the motorcycle riding guys though) until you suppress it. Then, when you have the items: "Fire Crystal (ファイアクリスタル)" from Jinnai Heita event in Kumamotou, "Black Onyx (ブラックオニキス)" from 20th floor of Hirasaka Underworld in Shiname and the "Moonstone (ムーンストーン)" from Tanzawa Nina's 2nd Star, the event "The Great Emperor Awakes (大帝の目覚め)" will be available. Trigger it.

Raise his level 3 times (which is easier said than done, as he must be at or over 396 exp on the right side), then talk to him in the Companion Phase.
Trigger the event "The Great Emperor's Visit (大帝光臨)" in MOO! (MOO!). After his second star, trigger the event "MOO! is Sinking! (ムー沈没)" in MOO! (MOO!).
After raising his level FIVE times (that means the right value is at or over 594...), the event "Crisis at the Power Plant (発電所の危機)" should be available in Niigata (新型). Trigger it.
Station him in Nara (七良) along with Misugi Ryoutarou (美杉良太郎), then trigger the event "Naked Manly Hot Spring Party (漢温泉裸祭り)".

Other Notes:

After speaking to him twice, you will be able to build an structure called "Moo Land (ムーランド)" which raises the Loyalty of units stationed in the same region.
It's a good thing he's actually good in battle, otherwise leveling him up THAT much would suck.

Misugi Ryoutarou / 美杉良太郎Edit

How to obtain: Simply trigger the event "The Rumored Beauty (Trap)" ("噂の美形登場（罠）") in Dream Island (夢の島).

After the previous star, the same event ("キャー、美杉さま！") will be randomly generated in one of the next regions: Nakoya (名児耶), or Ousaka (王阪), or Yokohama (横濱) or Shizuoka (志津岡). Station him there (try randomly until you nail it) and trigger the event.
Same as the previous star.
Speak to him 3 times in the Companion Phase.

Other Notes:

Damn does he have a high upkeep cost...
You can have up to 5 Wow Misugi-sama events in Nakoya (名児耶), or Ousaka (王阪), or Yokohama (横濱) or Shisuoka (志津岡). which mean upto 5000BP for this character. This BP bag should be picked up as soon as possible if you want cash for various things. (I'm not so sure about this note since I have activated it over EIGHT times in one playthrough. ( I stopped counting but he was a real moneybag) It may have something to do with time between each event or such, needs more reasearch.)
You should recruit him after you (are ready to) suppress Nakoya (名児耶).
The ring that reduce cost upkeep are very suitable for him.

Himenomiya Kaen / 姫乃宮華苑Edit

How to obtain: Will join you automatically when Okayama (岡耶麻) is suppresed. Will also join after turn 64 after Okayama (岡耶麻) has been conquered by Holy Flame.

Obtained when getting her ending.
Trigger the event "Kaen's Tea Party (華苑とお茶会)" in Toukyou (闘京).
Not long past the event of the 2nd star, an event should trigger at the beginning of a turn involving her. Station her in Abashiri (アバシリ) along with Zanma Rouga (斬真狼牙) for an event to auto-trigger on the next turn.

Other Notes:

CGs [5-2-1] through [5-4-2] are obtained through normal H events.
CG [5-4-3] is obtained by doing her 2nd star clear.
CG [5-4-4] is obtained by getting her ending.
Everytime you H with her, you will obtain 500 BP. (No comments.)

Amon Saito / 亜門砕斗Edit

How to obtain: Trigger the event "GF Boy (ＪＦの少年)" in Yokohama (横濱). Then, after you've suppressed the region (if you didn't before), trigger the event "GF Saito (ＪＦサイト)".

Trigger the event "GF in Transylvania" in Transylvania (トランシルバニア). The Nightmare Eyes must be defeated first.
Trigger the event "GF in Kyou" in Kyou (京). The NPI must be defeated first.
Station him with Camilla (カミラ) in the same region for an event next turn. Then, station him in Yokohama (横濱), and trigger the events "National Tournament A (全国大会A)" followed by "National Tournament B (全国大会B)" in Toukyou (闘京). Then station him with Camilla (カミラ) one more time for another event and the event "National Tournament C (全国大会C)" should be available in Toukyou (闘京); trigger it. (See notes).
After the previous star, station him with Camilla (カミラ) for a beginning of turn event and then trigger the event "GF Champion (JF達よ)" in Toukyou (闘京).

Other Notes:

For the 4th star, if you ever do Francine's (フランシーヌ) 4th star clear, you won't be able to clear his star, at all. You can, however, clear his 4th and 5th star first, then clear Francines 4th star. Also note that the event with Camilla can be done before stars 2 and 3 are cleared.
The tournament events require the first 3 stars to be cleared.
The 4th and 5th stars can only be cleared in Tenrou Kunagi's (天楼久那妓) Route because only in that route, Camilla (カミラ) can be recruited.

Hariyama Shimiko / 針山紙魚子Edit

How to obtain: Trigger the event "Library (Check Out Book) (図書室（本を借りる）)" on 3F (3F) in the School Chapter and then continue the game (do NOT return the book). There will be a start-of-turn event in the National Chapter if you ever start a turn with Zanma Rouga's (斬魔狼牙) HP under 19 where she will challenge you to a Deathmatch. Defeat her to recruit her.

Shirayuri Sayuri / 白百合小百合Edit

How to obtain: Trigger the event "Library (Check Out Book) (図書室（本を借りる）)" on 3F (3F) in the School Chapter, and then the event "Library (Return Book) 図書室（本の返却）". There will be a start-of-turn event in the National Chapter if you ever start a turn with Zanma Rouga's (斬魔狼牙) HP under 19 where she automatically join you.(Edit by SeiraChan :maybe under 19hp is not right seems like it have to be under 10 im not sure,but i never get her if im not under 10hp -_-)

You can also get her by not checking out the book in the first place and then starting a turn at the National Chapter with Rouga having at 19 HP or less.

Not available after National Chapter turn 79. (Confirmed? I got her on turn 82...) (Not sure. I've gotten her in mid-sixties. Never actually tried for her before. Will further test it next playthrough).

Speak to her 4 times in the Companion Phase.
Event auto-triggered if her HP is below 19 after a battle. Her HP will be reduced to 1 at the end of this event.
Whenever Zanma Rouga's (斬真狼牙) HP is below 9, talk to her in the Companion Phase. If her first star isn't cleared yet, some of the first star conversations will take priority.
After the previous star, if her level has been raised about 10 times (exp value on right at or above 94), an event should auto-trigger at the beginning of the turn.
Before and after the previous star, station her in Shin Juku (真宿) then trigger the event "Sayuri's Hospital Training (小百合の病院修行)" in Shin Juku (真宿), twice in total. You must have spoken to her 3 times and suppressed the Hospital first (trigger "制圧：病院"). (See Note)

Other Notes:

CG [8-4-4] is obtained by clearing her 4th star (sometimes the 3rd).
The event "Sayuri's Hospital Training (小百合の病院修行)" ( in Shin Juku (真宿) only appears if you've suppressed the hospital there. This event will not appear after turn 80.
Do NOTE that you should not level her too much before her first training at the hospital. Also, you have to station her in Shin Juku for the event to appear.

Mumei Masakari / 無銘まさかりEdit

How to obtain: Trigger the event "Call for Backup" (助っ人参上) in Dream Island (夢の島). He won't join you if either Hotta Daigo (堀田大吾) and/or Hitani Mario (飛谷摩利夫) are in your team. (See notes)

Hotta Daigo (堀田大吾) has an event in which he becomes Devil Daigo, at which point he is missing and counts as if he weren't in your party. Hitani Mario (飛谷摩利夫) doesn't seem to have anything similar.
While Hitani Mario (飛谷摩利夫) does not go missing, if he is left in jail (and you have enough prisoners to release or attempt to recruit one to avoid recruiting/releasing him) you may acquire all three characters.

Mumei Aikuchi / 無銘あいくちEdit

How to obtain: Trigger the event "Call for backup" (助っ人参上) in Dream Island (夢の島). The PGG must be anihilated already and Ginjou Tomoka (銀城智香) shouldn't be in your team.

How to obtain: Station Zanma Gou (斬真豪) in MOO! (MOO!) to discover the ancient ruins. Go down the dungeon (Trigger "探索：古代遺跡") up to the 16th floor to get the "Leloir (ルロアール)" item. An event should then trigger at random in the beginning of a turn. When presented with a choice, first select "Listen (ほおっておく)" followed by "Hit it (殴る)".

How to obtain: If you have less than 3 regions under your control by turn 21 (Not a chance), the event "助っ人参上" becomes available in 'Dream Island' (夢の島), trigger it.

Haniwa SoldierEdit

How to obtain: In Dream Island (夢の島), convert to the Haniwa Cult. After you have visited the Haniwa Banquet for the first time, you can recruit a Haniwa Soldier as a event. Sometimes a Haniwa soldier will join you after the banquet. You can recruit a lot of them, if you want.

CG [9-1-3] is obtained when you visit the Haniwa Banquet a couple of times.
CG [9-1-4] is obtained when you visit the Haniwa Banquet an additional couple of times.
Tenko might give you a Hanny Zippo (ハニージッポ), because she is worried about the recruited Hanny.
For beginners recruiting and using the haniwas might be a more easy way to get used to the game mechanics in the national chapter without worrying too much about payment and loyality.
That said, possible events during Rougas teams phase AKA beginning of turn phase (When Tenko comes to warn you about not visiting the banquet) and Territory phase (When actually going to the banquet) will be wasted, since those two events are top priority (due to the reason listed below), so keep that in mind before joining the cult.
If you don't visit the banquet after the Haniwa Priestess Maeda Tenko asks you to, which you have to on a regular basis as a follower of the Haniwa Cult, you will get a game over!

How to obtain:ONLY AVAILABLE IN HARD MODE! After conquering Forestland (or other obscene dream province from the list below), Gou will mention the province isn't generating income due to the obscene dreams during the start of a turn. Visit BS Finance again to recruit Ravi.

An event is automatically triggered after curing all the girls, follow the story from there and you should get a star event in Saporo. Do that and the last CG will be unlocked. The Japanese wiki seems to indicate that you have to pay back all your debts for the automated event to trigger. I had assumed that it triggers only on one condition and the debt was written off. (most likely need to pay off the debt for event to occure as the event occure around the next turn i paid off my debt)

Warning! The monsters in the obscene dreams are challenging to say the least unless weakened. Attempt the compulsory treatment without waiting for the infection level to drop and you might hit a Game Over. However, Sanzou, Youki, and some who has reflect-type skills can work wonder on this demon class. Pre-emptive strikes can also work, but not as elegant as the above tactic. Alternatively, use Sion's Tea Party, Amon/Saki and Ginjou. With all these boosts, Rouga and/or Kuga should have an EVA high enough to just not get hit, if you leveled them up a bit. You can easily clear 95%+ infection levels that way. Another strategy, since all the enemies only have 3 stamina each, waste their stamina male Yuuki's Boom and Yamamoto's Swift Dodge work great for early on, and when you get Takabane Sae her ability (avoid combat, all enemies -1 stamina) can really make it easy, especially if you five star her beforehand, then it's just a matter of between 5 characters having enough stamina/attack to deal about 600 damage (since enemies without stamina cannot evade or attack back)
