Blut-Rose in German means "Blood and Roses". They are a series of weapons created by the weaponsmith Nanbara Zuichou. The rose markings on the weapons give them the supernatural ability to damage Yn. However, those weapons have a mind of their own, and would refuse to be wielded by people they do not like.
