Custom is one of the cities in the Free Cities Alliance. Famous incidents there including the sinking of the city caused by the Four Witches of Custom in LP0001, as well as the Siege of Custom which halted Helman advance during its LP0002 invasion.

The Maria Factory is based there, making it the most technologically advanced city on the entire continent.

The actual location appeared in Rance 2 and Rance 3, and was referred to in many of the other Rance games.

[edit] The Person

Custom is the hero in Toushin Toshi. Though a strong fighter in his small village, he learns he needs much more training when he is beaten in a fight by Dogi before the Combat God Tournament. He trains in the labyrinth near town and becomes the tournament champion. His partner and eventual love is Kumiko.
