<3 with Kanbara Yuuko to improve your H-Skill (This is the loyality recovery bonus your female subordinates get, when you h with them...). First time gives you +10 bonus, the subsequent ones +5.
Loyalty Type: Lust Range: Long Skill: Mercy (An attack that won´t kill. Enemies HP will stay at 1.)
Chara Clear:
In the war with PM there will be one elite-yakuza (black sunglass & suit). Attack him with Yoko and conversation will start. It´s her husband. At the beginning of the next turn Yoko will meet him.
Now talk to her. She will introduce her husband, Aoba Ichirou (青葉 一郎), to you and he will join you.
Clear the game with both of them (don´t fire anyone or let them die).
Other Notes:
She is taken by Ippatsu if Ichihashi Ran is killed or captured during the fight with Wakame.
Loyalty Type changes to Duty after recruiting Ichirou.
She will commit suicide if Ichirou dies after recruting him.
Can be recruited in Midorigaoka (your homebase), the first six weeks after the game starts.
Loyalty Type: Duty Range: Medium Skill: Support Hit (Hit +10 for all allies. Does not attack, preemptively activate.)
Chara Clear:
Recruit Tsukigase Nene and talk to her twice. (Note: you must capture Nene before or immediately after capturing Komiya Youko.)
Put them in the same location. After 5 events talk to Nene.
Other Notes:
Talk to him twice & he will be able to reduce the salary of your subordinates (... but not his own). This ability is enchanced after obtaining ひみつ日記 "Secret Diary" item.
He provides you with information at the beginning of each turn or if you ask him.
Since 1935 May if your funds are less then 1000, at the start of the turn he will provide you once with 5000万 and once with 4750万.
Clear Satsu`s wish route. Only accessible after clearing the othe routes. When starting a new game you'll be given the choice of getting her route.
Other Notes:
If she is defeated it´s game over.
ハニージッポ "Hanny Zippo" item doesn't work on her.
Talk to her twice to receive イデのネックレス "Ide Necklace" item.
You may nominate her as a new mayor, but she seems to always loose the elections (which leads to game over).
In the subsequent playthroughs, when chosen the option "give the change", continue deploying her in battle together with Akuji and station them in the same areas. After several events she will fall in love with Akuji. Then, after Eden suppression, Ippatsu will attack you.
Loyalty Type: Duty Range: Medium Skill: Bonus (Permament bonus to either HP, damage, hit or evasion. Attack is not performed.)
Chara Clear:
She becomes the mayor.
Meet her at the City Council after Akuji is married.
Other Notes:
If she is defeated it´s game over.
Make <3 to her to improve Akuji's H-Skill.
After an unsuccessful attempt to control Genius Hospital in Sakai 「天才病院（制圧）」, talk to Yuuko or Morita Ai once (twice if you haven't talked to her before). After that, see 看護婦さんの夜遊 "Nurse's nightlife" event in Funai. Then - 天才病院 （深夜の侵入） "Genius hospital (Late night tresspass)" event. Hospital will be controlled and you'll get 5000万 yen.
She will take care of Nozomi if you decide to protect the girl.
After you visit her at the City Council once, the subsidy is increased (400万 -> 1000万).
After Eden suppression defeat Ippatsu without defeating Ran.
Other Notes:
If you defeat her, you will loose Aoba Youko (you can still keep her as a prostitute though) and won't be able to recruit Dr. Suteki and Yamazawa Asami.
If you defeat Wakame after it's taken over by Dr. Suteki, Ran will leave with Ippatsu.
You'll get うさ仮面うさ "Gloomy Mask" item at the start of the turn after talking to her.
Don't station her in Senri (the Wakame HQ) or she will be killed by former disgruntled members.
CG:
When not defeated for 2 months after attacking Wakame.
Loyalty Type: Lust Range: Medium Skill: Because I'm clumsy (Hit and Damage 200%, Evasion and Counterattack 0)
Chara Clear:
Finish the game with her and Kaga Tarou in your team.
If disappeared in Kofun, she must be saved without letting King Binonon possess her.
Other Notes:
If you place her in Kofun she will disappear, but can be rescued by searching the tomb there (or you can get ロケットエンジン "Rocket Engine" item).
However if you rescue her once every 10 weeks, the spirit of King Binonon will control her, and she will get a power boost. Loyalty Type changes to Duty. After you talked to him once, Hanny will join your team each time you call him.

Until defeated, at Momoyama Group turn, she sometimes attacks random areas you control together with Tate. Both can be captured during this attacks or through normal battles.
Tate automatically becomes prisoner upon her capture.
Loyalty Type changes to Lust after H.

Next time you talk to her after you H her and Kirika at least once.

Chara Clear:
Stays in your team together with Aen until the end.
Other Notes:
You can capture him in battle, but even if you don't, he'll become prisoner when you capture Aen.
Until defeated, at Momoyama Group turn, he sometimes attacks random areas you control together with Aen. Both can be captured during this attacks or through normal battles.
When stationed in different area from Aen, sometimes moves to her at the start of the turn.
Leaves if Aen is dead, dissmissed, or sent to brothel.
After clearing all the characters except for Priscilla Vadol and Takega Satsu, when starting a new game, you'll get an option to confront her (so-called "Ehavilla route").
Loyalty Type: Duty Range: Short Skill: Preemptive Strike (Attacks first)
Chara Clear:
Raise her Luck and keep it at 4 points or higher.

Also known as B3.
If her current Luck is less then 4, after a certain period of time, 3 events occur (her condition becomes worse). The 4th time, usually around 1935 November-December, she is raped and sent to hospital. Tadayama Ichizu (or Kimon Hajime, if Ichizu isn't in your team) dies. After several turns (3-4?), Mecco dies in hospital.
Keep performing the orders from Kishin. Eventually Nozomi will run away. Do an event in Nankou to find her. You can choose to send her back to Kishin for 5000万 yen or put her under protection (but only if you still have Kanbara Yuuko in your team). After that, talk to Yuuko thrice and Akuji will be mesmerized by Nozomi. For 5 times, no matter who you call at the subordinate phase, Akuji will visit Nozomi.
CG:
Visit 貴神家 "Kishin residence" twice.
Visit Kishin residence after receiving gangbang request.
Third time you try to talk to someone after Akuji is mesmerized by Nozomi.
Unless Akuji is married to Haku Minka, control 中山邸 "Nakayama residence" after winning the election, and she'll become a prisoner.
She can be only sent to brothel.
Chara Clear:
Marry Minka.
After mayor election, visit 水陸両用 "Amphibious" in Koube twice.
Other Notes:
She becomes a candidate during the election. Her approval rate would fall drastically if you carry out 市議会 （多恵子を罠に） "City Council (Trap Taeko)" event in Haruse.
In Minka's route, she'll withdraw from the election and start working in Amphibious together with her mother.

When made a prostitute.
After selling her to Kishin Raizou, visit his residence: 貴神家 （多恵子の様） "Kishin residence (The state of Taeko)" event.
After receiving a letter from Karasuba Tsuki concerning her, choose 看護婦さんを捜す "Look for a nurse" and キャンプ場制圧 "Control camping-ground" events in Hinode. She will become a prisoner together with several generic nurses.
She can be only sent to brothel.
Chara Clear:
Send her to a brothel.
An event will occur some time after she starts working as a prostitute.
Other Notes:
Torture her 4 times to get access to dungeon in Itami.
After recruiting, an event will sometimes happen at the end of the turn: random area will be chosen and a character stationed there will be infected and will turn into another Shaa (repeatable). Transforming into Shaa counts as death (for example, if Aoba Ichirou is infected, Aoba Youko will commit suicide). An event will not occur anymore if no one is stationed in the chosen area.
