Alefgard is the apostle of Dark Lord Medusa. Born as a regular Catman monster, he became an apostle and vowed servitude upon drinking Medusa's blood. Surprisingly, he's only 79 years old so he hasn't been Medusa's servant for too long.
He's absolutely devoted to her and works as her butler in her castle. He possesses legendary skill as a butler, boasting a Butler Lv3 skill. He acts as her housekeeper, finance manager, social event planner and also manages Medusa's whole schedule. He also prepares her meals, keeps her informed of everything she needs to know and arranges women for her so she doesn't get bored. He's incredibly competent and efficient, and dutifully does his job with passion and love for her master. Despite this, he's not nearly as relaxed or laid back as Medusa, and gets easily distressed and anxious if things are not done perfectly and in time.
He holds a close relationship with her and she's surprisingly respectful and nice with him, he even acts as a pillow for her, which he apparently loves doing. For some reason, he's referred to as an "old man" by her, and he also refers to her as a young lady despite the fact that she's well over 1000 years older than he is. He talks in a very courteous manner to everyone, even to his opponents, and he's very sincere and has a hard time lying, sweating and getting nervous with ease.
He gets along surprisingly well with Kayblis and likes to drink tea with him.
