Sepia Landstar was one of the captains of the Helman Third Army during the Leazas invasion that worked under Thoma Lipton, and the sister of the Captain Rovert Landstar.
She had probably 1000 troops under her command. Prior to the Battle of The O, she was kidnapped by Kentou Kanami, and brought to the Leazas Liberation Force's command center, where she was interrogated by Rance through sexual means. She endured quite a while until she finally gave out the plan General Thoma had.
She was then released, however she didn't dare to tell the truth to her brother in time and said she went to Red to gather intelligence, resulting in the tragic defeat of Helman. She was saved by her brother during the battle with Rick and Leila. She was confirmed to be still alive by Rance IX though and remains in the Helman 3rd Army.
