Lelikov Helman is the daughter born between Demon King Rance and the president of West Helman Sheila Helman. As the daughter of the Demon King, her very existence brought a strong social division on her country, where her mother Sheila lost a large amount of the people's support over the years as the atrocities commited by her father piled up. Following the disastrous War of the Brutal King however her mother's position worsened considerably, with a political dispute that splitted the country in half and resulted in the creation of East Helman, born from people who couldn't accept a president with close ties with the Demon King.
She makes first appearance during the events of Rance X: Part 2 when the El Party visits Helman in an attempt to make her join the group in their fight against Demon King Rance, as well as finding the Water Orb that was hidden in the Huge Battleship in the northern area of Helman Siberia. However, as Sheila preemptively heard of the circumstances of the group, Lelikov along with her cousin Hero left Lang Bau in order to find the Orb herself, hoping to find it before the party arrives to recruit her and give them all a surprise. Unfortunately, she and Hero sidetracked and spent too much time playing around in Siberia, and by the time the party arrived to Helman she hadn't returned yet. After the group found her and Hero wandering around in Siberia, Lelikov then one-sidedly decided to turn it into a fun competition with her siblings to find the Orb first, and the two ran off at full-speed. During their race however, El's group, struggling against a snowstorm, encountered a powerful rare monster named Winter Shogun, responsible for creating the snowstorm by its mere prescence and decided to defeat it. However, as Lelikov and Hero found another Winter Shogun nearby, the former decided to turn it into a contest to see who would beat it first. After a fierce battle both groups managed to come out victorious almost simultaneously. However, when Lelikov defeated the Winter Shogun the collapse of his colossal body onto the ground caused the frozen area beneath their feet to crack, making Lelikov fall to a frozen cave in an underground area.
Following the accident, Lelikov wandered around the cave looking for someone else who might have fallen as well, getting quite distressed at the prospect of being alone. Eventually trough shouting and the help of cave's echo, she was able to find El, who was in a similarly desperate position as her after having fallen as well. The two then began looking for a way out together following Lelikov's instincts, as she enthusiastically asks El to tell her about their adventures up until now. After walking around with seemingly little progress, El eventually gets visibly tired and the two decide to stop to take a break for a little while. El takes a blanket from their bag and the two wrap around together in order to remain warm in the freezing environment as they take a short nap that ended up extending to a whole night. However, by the time they woke up Lelikov found herself weak and exhausted after seemingly having caught a cold. El gave up on searching for a way out in order to stay at her side and clinging together until they're finally found by their siblings just as the two collapse from exhaustion. They're quickly treated by Mix, who determines that they were beginning to experience frostbite due to the extremely low temperatures.
After spending some time recovering, the full group was ready to go the Giant Battleship where the Horus live in order to get the Orb. Once inside they were greeted by the Horus Queen Tera, who was already acquainted with Lelikov, and she gifted the Orb to the group as per their request. Their celebration was interrupted by the noises caused by Jhahlckas, the Horus of Death who was at the time fighting against the Monster Hunter Arms Arc after his revival. Curious, the party decided to take a look only to find Arms on the ropes against the violent Horus, prompting El to jump in to assist her. The group engaged in battle against the powerful Horus and came out victorious, with Lelikov commenting on him being a fun opponent. Impressed by the party's fighting ability and wishing to repay the favor, Arms invited them to spend the night on the travelling inn and brothel Sea Weed that was around the area at the time.
Once there the party went to the tavern in order to have a meal when they meet the owner Café Artful, who offers the brothel's services to any of them willing to take them. Most of them turn down the proposal however, being Zance and Nagata-kun the only ones to accept. Lelikov and Hero, completely oblivious of sexual matters, are clueless of what their siblings are talking about and largely ignored the conversation until Nagi explained it to her. Lelikov eventually gets bored and leaves the tavern to play around. If the player picked a male El, he would get pushed by Zance to use the brothel's services but leaving shortly after in confusion, while if the player picked a female El, she will remain at the tavern and Lelikov will ask her to accompany her exploring the place. During said exploration, the two would share a moment of awakening of sexual curiosity before getting interrupted and awkwardly leaving the spot in haste. The two decided to never mention it to anyone as they returned to the tavern with everyone.
Lelikov took part in the Toushin Tournament.
Some time after when Arms returned, Lelikov asked her to lend her the Holy Katana Nikkou as she wanted to check it out. Aware of the Nikkou's wielding limitations, a mischievous Arms handed her over only for Lelikov to receive an electric shock when she tried to unsheathe it. Zance tries as well to no avail as Arms finds amusement in their attempts, leading her to propose that if someone manages to do it she will give gift her to them. The members of the party all fail in doing so until El nonchalantly manages to draw it, much to everyone's and especially Arms' surprise, but she keeps her word and agrees to give Nikkou to El. Unsatisfied with the outcome, Arms recommends the group to take part in the Toushin Tournament in order to get a chance to obtain the Corrupted Sword Chaos as well, which had been stuck in stone by Demon King Rance and was used by the tournament as an event where the participants of the tournaments would be granted a chance to take it out, getting it as a prize if they succeeded in doing so.
The group traveled to the Free Cities Alliance in order to come into possession of the final Orb needed to access the Demon King's domains and, following Arms' advice, they signed up on the Toushin Tournament. Like her siblings, Lelikov was quite easily capable of passing the pre-eliminatory rounds and made it to the main tournament. However, the quirks of fate paired Lelikov with her sibling El Mofus on the first round. Their fight proved to be an incredibly exciting match to open up the tournament, since many spectators were thrilled witnessing a battle between two of the Demon King's children. In the end despite being a formidable opponent, Lelikov was defeated and eliminated from the competition. As she participated with herself as her partner El technically earned the right to do whatever they pleased with her for the following 24 hours, but the right was left unused. During the day prior to the finals in the event that allows contestants to test their chances and try to pull Chaos from the ground, Lelikov attempted and failed to do so, with Chaos saying that she's no good because she's too young but should come back in a few years.
After the party leaves Toushin City, she along with her siblings makes the decision to head to Rising Dragon Mountain in order to finally face Demon King Rance. The team continued climbing the mountain until dusk when they eventually encountered Dark Lord Rizna. Despite being one of the Dark Lords that is an ally of humanity, Rizna had received the command from Demon King Rance to drive them out, which she is forced to fulfill. In no time, Rizna was able to knock everyone out by making use of the extremely powerful pheromones that come out of her body, a power sealed within her eyes. She then asked a group of hannies to carry them outside of the Demon King's domains. However, because of a silly misconception on the hannies part, they took the unconscious party to Amazing Castle instead, leaving them locked in one of the rooms. Once everyone woke up and realized of their current whereabouts, Zance quickly destroyed the door and they all escaped their inept imprisonment.
By following Lelikov's intuition they found the Demon King's room where their father was. Displaying an overwhelming aura, the group was intimidated and terrified in his presence, and without Reset present at the time as she had been kidnapped by Satella, their prospects for victory were low enough to throw most of them into despair. A brief battle took place where El's party was thoroughly crushed. Lelikov was severely wounded during the battle and lost consciousness like most of the members of the band, being El, Rangi and Zance the only ones left barely standing. Rance expressed disappointment over his children's fighting ability and was determined to finish them off, before he was stopped by Shizuka who offered herself in exchange of letting everyone go, with Nagi staying with her. Lelikov was picked up by one of her siblings as they ran away from the area until she woke up and was able to move on her own. Covered in wounds, the party continued descending from Rising Dragon Mountain for several hours in an attempt to run away until they encountered a tattered Arms, who had engaged in battle against Dark Lord Lei and was resting after facing defeat. Finding a moderately safe spot, Lelikov along with all her siblings gave in to her fatigue and collapsed on the spot. Immediately after, the Devil Neplacus appeared in the scene. Wishing to make an experiment after noticing in their previous encounter that El Mofus was a special existence, he summoned the Great Beast Quelplan, who absorbed the defenseless members of the group.
Lelikov was soundly defeated by Demon King Rance.
When Lelikov woke up she found herself in a strange but beautiful place submerged in an unknown substance. Feeling safe and warm she remains in a state of serenity very unusual in her, being only troubled when she wondered where Hero was. Unable to move she looked around her trying to find him and noticed several individuals in the same situation as her, ranging from monsters, regular people and even angels. She managed to find Hero close to her and tried to stretch her hand to touch him. After having confirmed his prescience she dimly closes her eyes to rest. Her dreams were interrupted by El, who had been rescued by Dark Rance and urged them to escape, helping each of them to get freed from the viscous liquid they were in. After everyone was rescued, Dark Rance managed to safely get everyone out of the beast's innards at the cost of leaving his treasured sword Gram behind.
Following their successful escape, the party was found by their mothers, who were desperately looking for them after they heard that they disappeared during their battle, and they were all taken to Rance Castle. After regaining consciousness, they all noticed that they had lost a chunk of their strength during the period they spent on Quelplan's body, which possesses the unique property of absorbing the power of those it swallows. This coupled with the overwhelming defeat they suffered at the hand of Demon King Rance left them all severely depressed and buried under feelings of hopelessness. Seeing no chance of victory, they plan to give up and hide in JAPAN while bolstering their defenses to prepare for the unavoidable invasion that will eventually come. However, at that moment, Reset, Shizuka and Nagi show up, much to their siblings joy, revealing that they were rescued by Tiger. Reset claims that no one but El has the right to decide when their adventure ends, as he/she was the one that started it. Reset then asks what El wants to do, who responds by wanting to continue as all their siblings asks for assurance over their decision. Receiving encouragement from El, Lelikov cheers up and agrees to fight again. However despite their re-established confidence, in order to challenge the Demon King again they all need to get stronger than before.
The world's most experienced fighter gather in order train El's party.
In order to do so, many of the world's most talented veterans like Miracle Tou, Alexander, Uesugi Kenshin, Rick Addison, Tillday Sharp, British, Patton Misnarge, among others travel to Rance Castle in order to train them. Using Miracle's dimension travelling ability they move to Poly Poly One, a world where time flows differently from the continent. After an undetermined amount of time in the alternate dimension, the group returned having finished their training considerably improving their abilities and raising their levels tremendously. Once they have all returned, Arms Arc reveals that she's going to retire from adventuring following Mix's advice after she determined that she suffers from a grave illness. As a final send-off, she organised a treasure hunting event where she distributes some of the rare items and legendary weapons she's collected over the years to the party, though they would have to get them themselves by finding them on the places Arms hid them based on some clues she would give. She pairs up the members of the El Party on small groups of two or three by using a special item that matches up people that are most fond of each other.
If Lelikov is not El's "Best Friend" at the time, she will go treasure hunting with Hero on some remote area of JAPAN, where they will get sidetracked and end up eating on a dango shop after the old owner mistakes them for abandoned children. If Lelikov is El's "Best Friend" during this event, she and Hero will accompany El on the quest given to them by Arms, where they will travel to Hanny in the Sky, a strange hanny settlement made to be a paradise for hannies. There, they will meet the Hanny King, fight either Dark Lord Masuzoe or Kawazoe, and find the rare items that were hidden by Arms. Once the treasure hunting is over everyone is determined to go to Rising Dragon Mountain once more but their enthusiasm is halted by Reset who, at the last minute, proposed everyone to go on a relaxing trip to hot springs before the final battle.
In her final Friendship Event during the hot springs trip, Lelikov reveals to El that she was born with a terminal disease and was given a life expectancy of 10 years. During the early years of her childhood she wasn't allowed to leave very much and lived a secluded life, spending a lot of time playing with her cousin Hero. Due to her fatal circumstances giving her a short lifespan she was told to live every day to the fullest and enjoy whatever little time she might have with a cheerful and happy disposition, being the origin of the Helman Family rule of "always smiling and remaining positive". After the 10 years period however Lelikov managed to outlive her life expectancy until her sister Mix Tou miraculously managed to find a cure to her condition, preventing what was, up until that point, an unavoidable death. Lelikov and El would then promise to win the battle of the following day and leave on another adventure along with Hero and Nagata-kun after it was all over.

The party would leave the following morning and head towards Rising Dragon Mountain in order to challenge Demon King Rance once more. During their second ascent, the group found themselves in a continuous series of battles against each individual Dark Lord that was part of Rance's inner circle, and they successfully managed to defeat Dark Lords La Saizel & La Hawzel, DD(killed), Lei, Rizna, Silky, Hornet and finally Satella upon making it to Amazing Castle. Once again they entered the Demon King's room and encountered their father. Lelikov and her siblings engaged in a climatic battle against Demon King Rance but, while their fighting ability allowed them to fare against the Demon King much better than the last time, they were still largely unable of matching him until his concentration was momentarily shaken when he caught sight of the Frozen Sill Plain during the battle, giving the party a window of opportunity for Reset to slap him and restore his sanity.
Shortly after their father's true personality resurfaced and he decided to meet up with each of his children, Lelikov managed for the first time to become acquainted with her real father. Upon doing so, she cheerfully launched herself towards him, surprising the brutish warrior over how energetic she was. While he was up until that point attempting to guess who each of his kids mothers were, he was completely clueless in Lelikov's case and expressed absolute shock when he found out she was Sheila's as she couldn't be more different to her mother.
Lelikov would later take part in the final battle against the corrupted entity known as Blood Memories, which manifested after the unexpected appearance of the Great Beast Quelplan in the Demon King's domains and its even more unexpected absorption of the Demon King's blood after it consumed Demon King Rance. During the battle, Blood Memories took the form of every Demon King in history, imitating the fighting style and forcing the party to defeat a powerful image of each Demon King. After a long and titanic battle, the group managed to come out victorious, destroying the sinful existence and erasing the Demon King System for good.
Having succeeded in their mission, the El Party disbanded some time after as each of their siblings returned to their respective countries. If Lelikov was El's Best Friend during the ending, she will fulfill her promise with El and the two will go on an another adventure together.
Personality and Appearance[]
Lelikov is a very petite girl with a long and wild light blonde hair, green eyes and her father's signature shark-teeth. She sports a rather boyish attire, with a red sleeveless shirt, black shorts and often seen wearing a pair of black gauntlets, which she employs for combat.
An extremely cheerful girl brimming with vitality, Lelikov is a hyperactive, fun-loving and easily excitable young girl with an intense curiosity over most things that catches her eyes. She's very reckless and straight-forward, and finds great joy in thrilling experiences, be it battles or otherwise. She's filled with confidence and determination and is very rare for her to show fear or hesitation. She acts purely based on her most immediate thoughts and desires, never thinking things through or considering possible consequences. Because of this she's largely seen as troublesome, with Rangi explaining that while she has pure intentions, trouble gravitate towards her due to her energetic behavior and lack of foresight, which Zance describes as just plain "dumb". She's certainly quite scatterbrained, often getting distracted by trivial things and forgetting instructions with ease. She also has a hard time assimilating complicated information, and is prone to getting bored or even falling asleep when trying. In an effort to keep her under control she and her mother Sheila made a list of "Helman family rules" for her to use as a guideline for appropriate conduct, which she takes very seriously and takes into consideration at all times.
She's very tomboyish, with the majority of the time displaying an overwhelmingly cheery disposition as well as being brutishly affectionate. She has a tendency of greeting those that she's fond of (in particular males) by enthusiastically launching herself on their stomachs to hug them. She's comparatively extremely gentle to the point of absurdity towards women, children and elders when greeting them as one of the Family Rules establish. She's quite childish and immature, as well as innocent and naive about the ways of the world. Her manner of speaking is similarly juvenile, firing her thoughts at a fast pace. She has an incredibly developed sense of smell, and has a strange habit of memorizing the smell of those close to her. She's also almost completely oblivious to sexual matters and has no aversion to nudity in front of her siblings, casually jumping (naked) onto the boys bath during their visit to the hot springs just for the fun of it. Despite this, she has occasionally displayed some instances of awareness towards indecent situations that lead to rare instances of embarrassment. In all her innocence, she has a strong curiosity about sexual matters, much like she has over many things. Surprisingly, she has an extremely strong resistance to alcohol, being able to drink from the barrel of the most intense drink ordered by Zance and Rangi in a drinking competition (a drink that knocked out Motonari instantly) and barely feeling its effects, merely pointing out how it isn't very tasty.
Among the Family Rules, she makes extra emphasis on the first rule of remaining bright and smiling at all times. However, she admits to El that she doesn't always keep this rule intact, and infact part of her cheerfulness is in a way a facade she makes for herself in order to remain positive. While she doesn't show it, Lelikov is very averse towards losing, and is thrown into tears and frustration on such scenarios that she makes her best to hide from others. The crushing defeat she experienced against Demon King Rance manifested in a severe apprehension and dismay, which she responded to by clinging to her mother for hours and even hiding behind her back when others would engage in conversation. Even more so, Lelikov is extremely weak towards solitude and can't stand the prospect of being on her own. When she's alone, her cheerful attitude rapidly vanishes and it's when she's at her most vulnerable regardless of the situation. However even in hopeless situations and regardless of her personal feelings, if she's accompanied by someone she trusts, Lelikov is almost always capable of remaining optimistic, best displayed during her time trapped alongside El in the frozen cave where she maintained a positive outlook even after collapsing from the low temperatures. This mentality originates from the time where she was terminally ill, as she decided to live every day to the fullest regardless of how little time she might have, and she believes that her optimism and energetic disposition is what allowed her to miraculously outlast her prospects for survival.
During her childhood, Lelikov lived a secluded life as she was not allowed to leave Lang Bau very much due to concern over her health. She claims that she didn't have any friends outside of her family, spending most of her time playing with her cousin Hero. Because of this, the two spent most of their lives together and have a nearly inseparable relationship, even when adventuring and fighting, where she's often seen riding on his huge arms or even using them as a place to sleep.
Abilities[]
Much like the majority of her siblings, Lelikov is one of the world's most powerful fighters. With an infinite level cap and an endless stamina, she displayed a tremendous fighting power matched only by few in the world, being level 119 by the time she joins El's group. Displaying an incredible talent as a martial artist, she was personally trained by the living legend Patton Misnarge. During the Helman chapter, she and Hero on their own were powerful enough to defeat the Winter Shogun in roughly the same amount of time her siblings did, much to their astonishment. In battle she relies entirely on conventional punches and wears a pair of powerful gauntlets in battle to enhance the power behind her fists. Her fighting style revolves around the use of boxing, employing quick offensive strikes while remaining on the defensive and counter-attacking the opponent with devastating blows. She also has an incredible instinct and a very developed sense of smell that she uses when adventuring to decide where to go, which proves to be a surprisingly effective method to her to the point that her siblings have full trust on it when making decisions. Following the end of her training in the Poly Poly One dimension, much like all of her siblings, her level went up exponentially, reaching the staggering value of 259, making her one of the strongest humans in the world's history, matched only by her siblings and surpassed only by her father. She also learned her uncle's trademark move the Chaotic War Dance, which she can employ to an even greater extent than him due to her superior talent for unarmed combat.
Beyond her fighting prowess, Lelikov also inherited her grandfather's nearly lost talent as a magical metallurgist. Her bloodline being directly tied to one of the founding members of the Holy Magic Sect grant her the unique authority to control the ancient technology created by the ancient magical group. With this talent she would also be capable of performing the revolutionary Biometal magic developed by M.M Rune to create Tousho, but since knowledge of the art has been mostly lost, it is a talent that has remained completely untapped. And even if it wasn't, because of how complex it is and how short her attention span is when it comes to that kind of stuff, she likely wouldn't be able to use it or understand it.
