NOTE: It seems any "cute" girl can be cleared by bringing her to love you (through affection points only). Thus, she brings the +2 bonus to the score and you can H her (no CG) at Rance's place. You can also clear "hostile" or "normal" male commander (captured commander which aren't listed below) after you bring them to the sex change temple in Morocco, where they could be changed into female (with the exception of the three initial captains [Maeda Toshiie, Akechi Mitsuhide, Niwa Nagahide], the Amazing Old Men [From Rance's Satisfaction Bonus] and captains recruitable from Negotation Events [Needs confirmation] who can't be transgendered). The characters listed below have often a different way to be cleared and are in the game report you can have from 2nd games.

- Conquer one Hojo House territory and activate the Unlucky Ninja purple event in Edo or Kazusa 2000, to see H-scene of Kanami being terrorised.(This can be done before you get her to 7 normal)

Wait until the duel with him and Seiryuu and talk to him once right after, he should be cleared. Note that waiting too long (ex: finding Miki) might cause him to become unclearable.
Alternative:
- Raise his affection to 7 Normal through talking or using items.
- A purple event of him will show up, choose it. You will see an event of Rance asking him if he has 'done it' with Miki yet. His affection will change to Trust after that.
- Raise his affection to 7 Trust through talking or using items.
- Don't talk to him yet (there's no purple event anyway). Wait until Miki has run off after the automatic event at Battleship Nagato.
- A purple event of him will show up again, choose it. You will see an event of Chaos teasing him by singing an ugly song, about how he wanted to kill a demon. He should be cleared after that.

- Finish the Flat Spider Event, to do so you have to find 蜘蛛弾正 (Gumo Danjo), who is a random archer grunt, and send Inukai for that battle out and destroy the grunts unit. After the battle, Inukai will kill Gumo Danjo and you will get the Flat Spider(Hiragumo), one of the six great treasures. After that you will have the option for a purple event with Inukai, in which Suzume kills the REAL Gumo Danjo and Inukai gets character cleared.
After you get Inukai to trust, you can use a purple event to get him to give Suzume/Kanami a free affection level up.

- Talk to him once at 7 Normal to see the event where he asks you to help him avenge Ran's death by sending him against Suzaku the next time you battle him - this gets him to Trust.
- In the event where Suzaku asks you to choose someone to fight him, choose Hojo Soun from the list of generals. He will kill Suzaku.
- Talk to him one more time to clear his events.
Note: Isoroku route, you could just leave him alone until the fight with Giga. You cant choose Kentaro (pity!) but should just Soun in. After battle you could have a purple event with him and clear Soun.His affection is Normal (+1) but still clear nonetheless.
True History Route: after finish off Giga, There's a golden bath scene of 7Normal Soun, with the presence of Shibata, Kentaro, and Rance. Lacking those 2 will invalidate the second part of the scene. This is a purple event of Soun, not colorless. Upgrade to Trust. Next Purple scene is discussion of ogre extermination.

- Do every single purple event that involves Nanjo Ran in the Ran Route.
- After the Aphrodisiac H scene, make sure to get her up to Trust before Sounn leaves with Keikoku. (Note: Failure to do so will make Nanjo Ran impossible to clear)
- Make sure she gets to Love before you complete the game to get her character clear. (Note: Failure to character clear Nanjo Ran will make her go back to Hojo Soun at the end of the game. [A different CG scene occurs where Ran chases after Soun and kisses him.])

- Witness a scene where Yuzumi catches Hattori Hanzou infiltrating your base. This is believed to happen only when you're at war with the Tokugawa House. If you conquer Tokugawa House first, You can get her to Normal without problems (but there is no scene).

- Deploy Rance and Yuzumi together in a battle
- Talk to her at 7 Normal to get her to Trust
- Deploy Rance and Yuzumi together in a battle again to see her H-event (after the battle is done)
- Talk to her at 7 Trust to get her to Love and clear her. Require Kouhime.

NOTE! Requires Sakamoto Ryouma to become Female; therefore, his character clear conflicts with Kawanoe Mine's.
NOTE! There are three conditions to clearing Gon:
- A) The Red Wall dungeon at Akaheru must not be cleared yet.
- B) Sakamoto Ryouma must become a female after his/her curse is ended.
- C) Kawanoe Yuzuru's events must not be cleared yet, as doing so will cause Sakamoto Ryouma to join his army and make her unavailable for Gon's events.
- NOTE: in my 1.04 game Akaheru was left alone until after Ryouma was cleared, then these thing happened: Ryouma talked about ending the curse, search the dungeon, the talk (3G report the youkai was in this dungeon), the exploration. The dungeon was cleared without Gon's event. Then I searched again the cleared dungeon, Gon's event happen right away. So A condition need not apply.
- After turning Sakamoto Ryouma into a girl, you must see a purple event in former Mori House/Takuga territory, where she talks about ending Gon's curse.
- There will be another purple event where 3G will discover the location of the demon that cursed Gon in the Red Wall dungeon at Akaheru. Note: The dungeon must be already discovered via a green Search command for this to happen.
- Go down the Red Wall dungeon. Before the fight on the last level of the dungeon, you will see an event where Gon will tell Sakamoto Ryouma that he does not want to end his curse, as doing so will weaken him and make him unable to protect her. This will clear Gon's events.

NOTE! Requires Sakamoto Ryouma to become Female; therefore, his character clear conflicts with Kawanoe Mine's.
- Talk to him once.
- Talk to him at 7 Hostile to get to Normal.
- Talk to him at 7 Normal IF Sakamoto Ryouma is a girl and is cleared. He will gain the passive skill "Lover", Sakamoto Ryouma's army will be added to Yuzuru's (which removes her from your general roster), and he will reach Trust and Character Clear (however, you will also lose the character clear points from Ryouma in the process).

- NOTE! Chinu can only be cleared in Nanjo Ran's route (or if you kill the monkey).
- Talk to her at 7 Normal to see her H-scene and get her to Trust
- After the temple events of Nanjo Ran's route, a new purple event will appear for Chinu at 7 Trust. Talk to her to see a variation of her H-scene and get her to Love. This will clear her events.
- NOTE! Each time you talk to a cleared Mori sister at 7 Love, you will H her the first time (Satisfaction +1), but she won't power up. Talk to her again to power her up.
- NOTE: If Mori Teru and Kikkawa Kiku are cleared and you have had the first H-scene event with Kobayakawa Chinu, a 4P H event will be available. Clearing Mori Motonari or Kobayakawa Chinu is not necessary for this.

- NOTE! You have to see her events first and Mouri's curse had to be active when you conquered the Mouri House.
- Talk to her once.
- Talk to her at 7 Hostile to get her to Normal
- Talk to her at 7 Normal to get her to Trust
- Talk to her at 7 Trust to get her to Love, clearing her events.

Note: You must have Mori Teru in your party and she must be in love with Rance to clear his events.
- Talk to him at 7 Hostile to see an event with him and Mori Teru. This will get him to Normal.
- Talk to him at 7 Normal and with Mori Teru in love with Rance to get him to Trust and clear his events. Note: If Mori Teru is not in love with Rance when you talk to him at 7 Normal, she will combine her army with Yoshihisa's (which makes you lose her from your general roster), rendering you unable to clear Yoshihisa's events.

Note: You must have Naoe Ai in your party and she must be in love with Rance to clear his events.
- Talk to him at 7 Hostile to see an event with him and Naoe Ai. This will get him to Normal.
- Talk to him at 7 Normal and with Naoe Ai in love with Rance to get him to Trust and clear his events. Note: If Naoe Ai is not in love with Rance when you talk to him at 7 Normal, she will combine her army with Kazuhisa's (which makes you lose her from your general roster), rendering you unable to clear Kazuhisa's events.

Note: You must have Daidoji Komatsu in your party and she must be in love with Rance to clear his events.
- Talk to him at 7 Hostile to see an event with him and Daidoji Komatsu . This will get him to Normal.
- Talk to him at 7 Normal and with Daidoji Komatsu in love with Rance to get him to Trust and clear his events. Note: If Daidoji Komatsu is not in love with Rance when you talk to him at 7 Normal, she will combine her army with Toshihisa's (which makes you lose her from your general roster), rendering you unable to clear Toshihisa's events.
[edit] 島津イエヒサ Shimazu Iehisa
- NOTE! To clear Iehisa's events, you must have both Ranmaru and Princess Sen in your party. Also, You must have seen Ranmaru's event where she admits her feelings for Shibata Katsuie and Princess Sen must be in love with Rance.
- Talk to Iehisa at 7 Hostile to get him to Normal. You will see him hitting on Ranmaru who will spot Rance and run away.
- Talk to Iehisa at 7 Normal - you will see him confessing to Princess Sen, who will reject him for Rance instead. This will get him to Trust and clear his events.
- Contributor's Note! Based on what happens with the other brothers, if Princess Sen isn't in love with Rance and Ranmaru hasn't mentioned her feelings for Shibata Katsuie, one or the other will combine their armies with Iehisa (which makes you lose either of them from your general roster), rendering you unable to clear Iehisa's events.

- NOTE! Agireda's events can only be cleared in the True History Route.
- NOTE! You must H Agireda in Rance's room to clear her.
- Talk to her at 7 Normal to get her to Trust
- After seeing the event where Shimazu Yoshihisa dies, talk to her to see her H event
- H Agireda in Rance's room, then talk to her where she asks you to make her army the largest single unit in your army. Note: There are two events within Shimazu House territory where she raises her unit's numbers by 1000 each. You can also try reducing the max army size of other larger units in your army temporarily or using items #72 or #73 as you see fit.
- After making her army the largest unit, talk to her again to get her to Love and clear her events.
Another note: She start at Normal. 7 Normal is the scene she ask Rance to punish Shimazu brothers. After killing one of them there will be a +5Sat H-scene with Rance and she will shatter his confidence.
