- The number of War-Fans is the number of actions you can take per turn.

| 探索 | Green | 10 + 5n | xxx に破壊工作 | Sabotage xxx. Possibility includes "political confusion" (enemy does not attack this turn), "assassination" (enemy loses one generic captain), and something that decreases enemy max troops size. n is the number of times you have performed sabotage on that particular house. |
| 建設 | Blue | 3+n | xxx の開発（国力ＵＰ） | Develop xxx's nation power, where n is the current nation power of that province |
| 建設 | Blue | 5 | 次の合戦の準備（n％） | Your troops gain n% effect boost for the next battle. n goes up by 3 every time, unless you have used satisfaction bonuses to increase the rate of preparation. |

- 敵国が侵入しにくくする施設（ランクｘ）拡張：Expanding for preventing enemy invasions(Rank x)[not too sure what this does]
- 武家屋敷を建築（兵の自然増加＋１）:Construct Warrior Mansion(Increases Max Unit +1)
- 楽市楽座を建築（収入＋３％）：Construct Relaxation Seat(Income +3%)
- 高内商店を建築（収入＋２００）：Construct Imperial Palace(Income +200)
- 野戦病院を建築（ターン回復１０名）：Construct Field Hospital(Heals 10 people per unit per turn)
- 大仏を建築（？？？？）：Construct Buddha Statue (????)[Gives random items when you build enough]
- 管理センターを建築（兵数上限＋２００）：Construct Administration Center(Max Unit Capacity +200)
- 全軍休憩（全部隊２５名回復）:Whole Army Rests(Heals all units for 25 people)
