Call for reinforcements (異国から援軍を呼ぶ) — Requests a commander from Leazas or Zeth. After 6 turns, if you have spare National Power, reinforcements can be accepted in Owari or will join as a start of turn event. Requests require Sill and for you to have previously conquered a province. Leazas sends Kanami, Maria, and then Leila. Whereas Zeth sends Rizna, Uruza, and then Magic. (Rizna is required to accept Uruza. And both are required to accept Magic. There are no requirements to accepting Leazas's commanders though.)
Rance: Rance Attack (ランス：ランスアタック) — Rance learns the skill Rance Attack (if he previously had a skill in his third skill slot, Rance Attack will replace it).
Rance: Replace troops with elites (ランス：部隊を全て精鋭に) — Rance's combat stats increase by 1. Can only be taken once.
Rance: Action point +1 (ランス：技回数+1) — Increases Rance's combat action points by 1. Available after taking the Elite Troops bonus. Can be taken multiple times, up to the limit of 5 action points.
Increase Number of Action Fans (行動回数を増やす) — Increases the number of actions-per-turn by 1. Available at Satisfaction 50, 160, and 260. This is dependent on when you reach the specific SAT level, not how much SAT you have spent. E.G. If you have SAT 50 but have not used any SAT bonuses yet, you will still have Increase Command Fans available in the SAT menu. If you do not choose it right away, you will miss the chance to choose it until you reach 160 SAT. If you used the second game bonus +1 action fan, then the first time this will be available will be at 160 SAT. Note that the second action fan bonus seems to only appear if you get at least 9 bonuses (that means you can only chose it if you getting the bonus for reaching 100 sat or above)
Level up Kenshin by 10 — Increases Kenshin's level by 10. Only available once Kenshin has lost her levels in her route, disappears once her level exceeds 39.
Ogawa Kentarou: Kentarou-kun Slash (健太郎：健太郎スラッシュ) — Kentarou learns the skill Kentarou-kun Slash. Only available after he's character cleared, and after Miki has been found.
Shibata Katsuie: Injury Healed (柴田勝家：怪我が治る) — Increases Shibata Katsuie's Intelligence and Speed by 1. Disappears if you either don't have Shibata in your roster, have already taken the bonus, or have gone past turn 29. Note that this bonus is of such a high priority that it is impossible for it to not appear within your list of bonuses whenever the conditions which need to be satisfied to pick the bonus are satisfied.
Maeda Toshiie: Becomes Kabuki Actor/Too Much Kabuki (前田利家：歌舞伎者になった) — First time does nothing. Second time turns him into Maeda Keiji (前田慶次), and increases his Attack and Defense by 3.
Akechi Mitsuhide: Tease (明智光秀：いじめる) — First time does nothing. Second time replaces him with his daughter (Gracia), and increases her combat stats by 2. (Available only if Mitsuhide fought in 10 battles, note that individual floors of dungeons count as battles)
Get Item (Mannequin Cat) (アイテム（マネキン猫）をもらう) — Receives item #85.
Get Item (Takano Seven) (アイテム（高野の七人）をもらう) — Receives item #83.
Get Item (Battlefield Correspondent) (アイテム（戦地特派員）をもらう) — Receives item #80.
Get Money: 5000 (金５０００) — Gains 5000 gold.
Recruit Dousan-chan (油娘(道三ちゃん)を仲間に) — Recruits Aburako Dousan. Available only if Ganko Ittetsu, Takuwan-sama, and Andou Kyuuri are all in your roster. They are found in Mamushi Oil Field after doing the 'Rumour of the Mino Three' event.
Recruit Amazing Old Man (万能のすごい爺さんを仲間に) — Recruits Itou Kakka, Itagaki Choukan, or Ooshio Heihachirou. They have 8 in Negotiation, Construction, and Search. And they have the Merchant skill. See Sengoku Rance:Captains/Animal (however, note that since they're members of the Animal class, they will perform very poorly in combat).
Heal All Units (全軍完全回復) — Heals all units 100%.
Increase Troop Limit By 100 (兵数制限を+100) — Increases troop limit of all troops by 100.
Give All Units 50 Troops (全軍を50名増やす) — All units gain 50 troops.
Militia May Appear During Attacks (攻戦の時に義勇団が現れる) — When attacking against the Demon Army, volunteer army commanders temporarily join as reinforcements. Their combat stats are 6 Atk, 6 Def, 6 Int and 4 Spd, with 3 actions and their number of troops is based on the average number of troops you own, excluding the foot soldiers.
Militia May Appear During Defense (防戦の時に義勇団が現れる) — When defending against the Demon Army, volunteer army commanders temporarily join as reinforcements. Their combat stats are 6 Atk, 6 Def, 6 Int and 4 Spd, with 3 actions and their number of troops is based on the average number of troops you own, excluding the foot soldiers.
Resting Heals 50 Troops (全軍休憩の回復率が50人にUP) — Rested units heal 50 troops. Picking this bonus again increases the heal count to 100.
Weaken Enemy Countries (交戦状態の敵の強さを一段階下げる) — Decreases enemy troop size, note that this does not effect enemies that are scripted to appear.
Troop Replenishment Cost -1 (兵士の補充費が-1) — Reduces troop replenishment cost, which cannot be reduced to 0, by 1.
Increase Battle Preparation to [number] (合戦準備の効果を x にUP) — Increases the increase in Battlefield Effect given by the 'Prepare for the next battle' command by 3% each time (starting at 7). Be warned that although there seems to no upper limit on this, the game seems to cap actual Battlefield Effect at 50% (so even the Ninja Skill 'Battlefield Construction' won't push the Battlefield Effect over 50%).
Increase Everyone's Affection by 3 (全武将の好感度を＋3UP) — Increases the affection of all commanders by 3.
Increase Sill's Healing Power [More] (シィルの戦闘中治癒力がアップLV1) — Increases the effect of Sill's healing by 5. Available two times, requires Sill.
