Fuuka is a miko of JAPAN. Her fate is tied to the Orochi.
Fuuka's character design changed a little between Kichikuou Rance and Sengoku Rance.
[edit] Canonical Fuuka (Sengoku Rance)
Fuuka is a miko who often visits the tea house ran by Oda Nobunaga in Owari.
She lost her memory (Fuuka isn't her real name), carries a mysterious stone, and has snake-like markings on her back.
Later it was revealed that she is actually an Orochikko, and the stone is a scale of the Orochi which allows her to move about freely as long as she carries that stone.

Fuuka is a miko at the shrine in Nagasaki. She is the chosen sacrifice to the Orochi so that it doesn't cause major earth quakes. She is to be sacrificed in the first month of LP0004.
Compared to the Fuuka in the canonical storyline, the Kichikuou ver. Fuuka is significantly younger in appearance.
