Daughter of Cedric and Cornelia Planeis, she was the leader of Ice Flame Resistance Movement. Due to a grave injury and the resulting trauma, she was unable to walk normally and was forced to use wheelchair all the time. Despite that condition of hers, she keeps put in efforts for people of Zeth and is very popular.
During Sengoku Rance, she was promoted to be one of Zeth's Four Heavenly Kings.
Despite her hard exterior and serious nature, she has shown a lot of feminine sides in some of her appearances. One of the examples is during her event in Sengoku Rance, in which she laughed when Rance keeps yelling random names while they are watching fireworks.

Rance 6Edit
Urza is the leader of Ice Flame Resistance Movement, who cannot walk properly due to certain traumas and grave-injury.
Thanks to the training of her foot movement practice with Rance as well as due to certain turn of events, she is able to move again and becomes a skilled combatant, adept in the use of bowgun and short sword.

She appears in after Rance 6 Talk Event (Kingdom of Ambition section).
Sengoku RanceEdit
Urza appears as one of reinforcements from Zeth with class "Tactician". She stated that her motive to come to JAPAN is not only to help Rance, but she also wanted to study Japan's military, and its cultures.
Rance QuestEdit
During the events of Rance Quest, she's on a vacation and while off duty, she was travelling in the Malgreed Dungeons and suddenly encounters Rance's party that was also exploring the dungeon together with former members of the Ice Flame. She joins Rance's party afterwards.
