About
The leader of Ice Flame, the rebel organization, Urza is left wheelchair-bound after a traumatic event in the past, but late in the game she recovers and joins your party to become one of the most awesome characters ever.
Urza has very good stats, including strangely enough Evasion, meaning you could use her to tank in theory, but her weapon, the bowgun, is ranged so you probably won't do that. She has an all-target attack, a paralyzing attack and several buff spells, making her a very flexible character.
Urza is a top tier character whose only weakness is her rather low SP pool and the fact that she's only with you for a short period of time and is unupgradable. Not that you really need to though.

Urza's basic attack. It doesn't require any turn charging, so it's completely spammable. It is ranged and deals physical damage. |

Urza's stronger attack. It requires 1 turn to charge, but it deals full damage to all the enemies on sight. |

Precision Shot  |
Urza's most useful move, and it doesn't require any turn charging, so it's completely spammable. It deals less damage than a Basic Attack, but has higher accuracy and a high chance of inflicting paralysis on the enemy. |
Attack Tactics

This skill takes effect simply by having Urza in the party. At the start of a battle, all active partive members will automatically receive a buff at the start of battle, but those that swap in between won't. Increases attack by 30%. |
| Defense Tactics

This skill takes effect simply by having Urza in the party. At the start of a battle, all active party members will automatically receive a buff at the start of battle, but those that swap in between won't. Increases defense by 10%. |
Encourage
 |
Urza removes paralysis from all her allies. Can't be used if she herself is paralyzed. Not bad, but rarely used. |

- Lucky Card - This might help the paralysis rate of "Precision Shot".
- Quick, Strange Bug - Increases Evasion, which she has a good amount.
